PENA – Calon bupati dan calon wakil bupati Halmahera Utara (Halut) Joel B. Wogono dan Said Badjak resmi mendaftar ke KPUD Halut , Jumat (4/9) pukul 16:00 WIT sore tadi. Keduanya datang bersama partai pengusung yaitu Partai Demokrasi Indonesia Perjunagan (PDI-P) dan Partai Kebangkitan Bangsa (PKB).
Dokumen calon bupati dan calon wakil bupati dengan akronim Joel-Said ini, telah memenuhi syarat dan diterima oleh KPUD Halut. Selanjutnya, dokumen tersebut ditandatangani masing-masing rangkap oleh Ketua KPUD dan Anggota, Bawaslu, dan 1 rangkap lain sebagai arsip untuk KPUD.
Usai kroscek dan penandatanganan dokumen, kepada awak media, Joel memberikan apresiasi kepada penyelenggara pemilu yang telah memberikan pelayanan kepadanya dan pasangan calon serta seluruh tim yang ikut hadir.
“Kami sampaikan terima kasih kepada penyelenggara pemilu khusus ya KPUD Halmahera Utara yang telah menyambut kedatangan kami,” kata Joel.
Pasangan calon ini berharap, pihaknya dapat melalui tahapan pilkada ini dengan lancar sebagaimana tahapan yang telah ditetapkan oleh KPU.
“Setelah pendaftaran ini ada beberapa elemen kegiatan lagi yang harus diikuti sebagai pasangan calon, yaitu pemeriksaan kesehatan dan pencabutan nomor urut,” tandasnya.
Senada diungkapkan salah satu tim Joel-Said, Nelma Tahe, turut memberikan apresiasi kepada seluruh stokeholder yang terlibat dalam pengawalan tahapan pendaftaran. Hingga persyaratan pencalonan lainnya bisa berjalan dengan baik.
“Kita tim Joel-Said akan kerahkan seluruh kekuatan untuk memenagkan pilkada Halmahera Utara,” tegasnya. (FN)
