PENA – Mantan Kepala Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Provinsi Maluku Utara, Imran Yakub, mendatangi kantor Kejaksaan Tinggi (Kejati) Malut, Selasa (23/2) siang tadi.
Kedatangan Imran ke kantor lembaga Adhyaksa ini menyusul penetapannya sebagai tersangka atas dugaan tindak pidana korupsi pengadaan kapal nautika dan alat simulator tahun anggaran 2019.
Imran saat ditemui di halaman kantor Kejati Malut menuturkan bahwa dirinya menyerahkan sepenuhnya proses hukum yang saat ini sedang ditangani Kejati. “Saya secara pribadi kooperatif untuk tahapan selanjutnya,” katanya pasrah.
Ditanya terkait keterlibatan pihak lain dalam kasus yang diduga merugikan keuangan negara hingga miliaran rupiah ini, dirinya enggan mengetahuinya. Dirinya hanya mengetahui kasus tersebut sudah ada penetapan tersangkanya. “Saya secara pribadi sebagai warga negara akan taat teehadap proses hukum ini,” ujarnya.
Menurutnya, kedatangan dirinya ke Kejati bukan menghadiri panggilan pemeriksaan pasca penetapan tersangka. Kehadiran dirinya hanya untuk berkonsultasi, karena pada saat penetapan tersangka ia tidak berada di Ternate. “Kalau diperiksa pasti ada surat panggilan sebagai tersangka, tapi ini belum,” katanya.
Imran sedikit menyentil terkait tahapan tender hingga pencairan kegiatan pengadaan ini. Ia mengaku hanya hanya ikut tahapan tender. Setelah tender selesai, ia sudah diganti. Sehingga proses pencairan uang muka sampai dengan tahapan-tahapan selanjutnya sudah tidak ada. “Uang muka saja sudah tidak ada, apalagi tahapan tahapan berikut,” tandasnya mengakhiri. (nda)
