PENA – Penyidik Reskrim Polres Halmahera Barat (Halbar) telah menerima hasil audit investigasi dari Inspektorat Provinsi Maluku Utara terkait dugaan kasus penyalahgunaan dana hibah Komite Nasional Pemuda Indonesia (KNPI) Halbar tahun 2017.
Hasil audit investigasi terhadap anggaran 350 juta ini diterima Polres Halbar pada 8 Maret 2021 kemarin.
“Kita sudah terima hasil auditnya. Laporan lengkapnya sudah disampaikan kemarin, nanti kami tunggu langkah-langkah selanjutnya,” kata Kasat Reskrim Polres Halbar, Iptu Elvin S. Akbar saat dikonfirmasi wartawan pada Jumat (12/3) tadi.
Pihaknya tinggal menunggu kelanjutan audit dari Inspektorat Malut yang membutuhkan waktu 50 sampai 60 hari ke depan.
“Jadi sementara hampir keseluruhan dipaparkan, cuma nanti kami tunggu Inspektorat melakukan investigasi lagi. Finalnya sekitar sebulan atau dua bulan lagi,” tuturnya.
Ia bilang, setelah kerugian negara dikantongi, pihaknya akan melakukan gelar untuk menentukan siapa tersangka kasus tersebut. Namun sejauh ini sudah ada gambaran terkait kasus ini, hanya saja belum bisa diekspos.
Sementara itu Kepala Inspektorat Malut, Nirwan M.T Ali juga mengaku hasil audit investigasi sudah diserahkan semuanya. “Nanti dikonfirmasi ke Polres Halbar, karena Inspektorat itu diminta hanya menyajikan data. Sesuai dengan peruntukan atau tidak itu ranah Polres,” ujarnya.
Sekadar diketahui, kasus dugaan penyalagunaan dana hibah KNPI Halbar pada tahun 2017 itu versi Ketua Manase Mouw dan Sekretaris Harun Bahrudin.
Penyidik Reskrim Polres Halbar telah mengantongi sejumlah alat bukti, diantaranya SK pengangkatan, dokumen proposal yang diajukan ketua lama dan baru. Proposal yang diajukan dengan jumlah 550 juta dan 350 juta rupiah, surat perintah membayar, SP2D, dan kwitansi dari akomodasi biaya penginapan dan Hotel, fotocopy ATK, serta keterangan 11 saksi.
