PENA – Kejaksaan Tinggi (Kejati) Maluku Utara memastikan akan melakukan penarikan terhadap mobil dinas (Mobdin) yang saat ini masih dikuasai mantan Ketua DPRD Malut, Alien Mus.
Ini disampaikan Asisten Perdata dan Tata Usaha Negara (Asdatun) Kejati Malut, Jefri Huwae, saat ditemui usai rapat dengan Pemprov Malut di Ternate, Senin (29/3) tadi.
Menurut Jefri, mobil dinas yang saat ini dikuasai mantan Ketua DPRD itu berada di Jakarta. Sehingga itu, pihaknya akan melakukan penarikan di Jakarta.
“Kejaksaan akan tarik di Jakarta. Nanti mau ditaruh di mana, tetap di Jakarta di kantor perwakilan atau bawa ke sini itu urusan Pemprov,” ujarnya.
Jefri bilang, soal mobil dinas ini sebelumnya sudah dikomunikasikan. Hanya saja sampai sekarang belum ada pengembalian.
“Sudah dikomunikasikan, tapi ya begitu. Kalau tidak pergi ambil, dia pura-pura tidak tahu. Jadi nanti kita pastikan tarik,” tegasnya.
Sekadar diketahui, mobil dinas yang masih dikuasai Alien Mus ini dengan merk Fortuner yang saat ini berada di Jakarta. Selain Alien Mus, ada beberapa mantan anggota DPRD juga belum mengembalikannya seperti Ikram Haris dan Edi Langkara.
Kejati Malut lewat Surat Kuasa Khusus (SKK) yang diberikan Gubernur Malut akan memaksimalkan penarikan aset mobil dinas tersebut. (Red)
