PENA – Pemerintah Provinsi Maluku Utara melalui Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan (Disperindag) menjamin stok bahan pokok (Bapok) di Malut aman selama Ramadan.
“Insya Allah stok masih aman,” kata Pelaksana Tugas (Plt) Kepala Diasperindag Malut, Yudi Yudhitia, saat dikonfirmasi wartawan, Rabu (14/4).
Menurutnya, sesuai hasil pemantauan di gudang distributor yang ada di Kota Ternate, stok barang kebutuhan pokok cukup tersedia untuk memenuhi kebutuhan selama Ramadan. Bahkan para distributor mulai menambah stok.
“Pasokan cukup lancar, karena setiap minggunya kapal lancar melakukan bongkar muat barang,” jelasnya.
Ia bilang, stok bapok yang tersedia di distribustor saat ini untuk beras berjumlah 2.518 ton, gula pasir berjumlah 147 ton, terigu 230 ton, minyak goreng curah 36.000 liter.
Sementara terkait harga bapok relatif masih stabil. Namun berdasarkan harga historis selama satu bulan terakhir menjelang puasa dan lebaran, harga komoditi yang sering mengalami kenaikan adalah telur, bawang putih, dan cabe rawit.
Kenaikan harga komoditi ini tak hanya memasuki bulan puasa maupun menjelang lebaran, namun karena sebagian besar pasokan komoditas didatangkan dari luar Malut seperti Manado, Gorontalo, Makassar, Surabaya, NTB, dan Jakarta.
Ini tentu sangat berpengaruh ketika cuaca extrem datang. Apalagi prediksi BMKG pada April 2021 ini terjadi musim hujan dan gelombang tinggi terjadi di daerah Sulawesi dan Jawa, ditambah biaya transport melalui kapal laut dan udara mengalami kenaikan yang memberatkan para pelaku usaha dan berdampak pada kenaikan harga bapok.
Untuk itu, pihaknya akan melakukan langkah antisipasi dengan melakukan koordinasi dengan pihak distributor, pemasok dan instansi terkait guna mengantisipasi cuaca extrem yang akan terjadi dan meminta para pelaku usaha untuk menjamin ketersediaan bahan pokok.
“Kita juga akan bersama tim satgas pangan akan melakukan pemantauan ketersediaan stok bapok di gudang-gudang pangan agar tidak terjadi penimbunan,” ujarnya.
Soal kenaikan harga di tingkat produsen, pihaknya masih memberikan toleransi. Sebab kenaikannya masih di bawah 10 persen. Apabila ditemukan di atas dari harga 10 persen, maka akan ditindak.
“Kita juga akan melakukan operasi pasar dalam waktu dekat untuk memastikan harga tetap stabil,” jelasnya. (Red)
