Ini berdasarkan data hasil rekapitulasi KPU tingkat Provinsi Maluku Utara pada pelaksanaan pemilihan legislatif (Pileg) DPD RI tahun 2019 lalu untik daerah pemilihan Maluku Utara, terdapat nama calon anggota DPD RI Nomor Urut 27, Ikbal Hi. Djabid, peraih suara terbanyak ke- 6 dengan total perolehan suara 33.180.
Sementara posisi ke 5, yakni Stefi Pasimanjeku, lebih dulu menggantikan Almarhum Chaidir Djafar pada Februari 2020 lalu.
Selanjutnya posisi suara terbanyak ke-7 adalah Nomor urut 41, Tjatur Sapto Edy, dengan total perolehan 32.315 suara. Disusul Nomor urut 23, Burhan Ismail, dengan jumlah perolehan suara 31.728.
Ketua KPU Provinsi Maluku Utara, Pudja Sutamat, saat dikonfirmasi mengatakan bahwaa proses pergantian antar wakti (PAW) bagi Anggota DPD RI merupakan kewenangan KPU RI.
Pudja bilang, semu hasil pleno Pileg untuk DPD RI maupun DPR RI dan Presiden sudah diserahkan ke KPU RI, selanjutnya KPU RI akan melakukan verifikasi untuk persiapan PAW.
“Prosesnya sama seperti PAW Pak Matheus Stefi Pasimanjeku. Nanti KPU melakukan verifikasi dulu ke yang bersangkutan, apakah bersedia atau bagaimana,” jelas Pudja kepada wartawan, Jumat (9/7). (ask)
