PENAMALAUT.COM, JAILOLO – Jalan rusak di seputaran Kota Jailolo, Kabupaten Halmahera Barat, tak kunjung diperbaiki.
Berdasarkan pantauan media ini, Sabtu (24/7), terdapat jalan rusak di sejumlah titik yang belum diperbaiki itu yakni pertigaan jalan masuk Pasar Rakyat Gufasa, depan Musala Desa Guaemadu, tikungan pertigaan jalan umum Desa Soakonora, dan juga jalan umum di Desa Jalan Baru, Kecamatan Jailolo.
Ini tentu menjadi pekerjaan rumah bagi Kepala Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang (PUPR) Kabupaten Halbar, Abubakar A. Rajak, yang dilantik sejak Jumat 25 Juni 2021 lalu.
Menanggapi hal ini, Ketua Jong Halmahera Nofrizal Amir menyebut jalan rusak yang tak kunjung diperbaiki oleh Dinas PUPR, apalagi sudah melewati program 100 hari kerja bupati dan wakil bupati Halbar, tentu bisa disebut anomali tanpa harus menyebut keduanya gagal.
“Wajah baru di pucuk pimpinan Dinas PUPR sepertinya biasa-biasa saja. Tak banyak yang bisa diharapkan, sebab jalan berlubang di Kota Jailolo yang berpotensi mengancam keselamatan masyarakat pengguna jalan ini terlihat cuek oleh Dinas PUPR,” ujarnya.
Padahal menurutnya, selain tuntutan infrastruktur kota, aspek keselamatan warga adalah mutlak dan tidak boleh tidak.
Problem ini, kata dia, harus diseriusi oleh bupati dan wakil bupati agar tidak dinilai publik setengah-setengah dalam menerapkan konsep “Diahi”.
“Bagi saya, fokus Diahi yang paling dibutuhkan daerah ini adalah Diahi isi kepala dan mental pejabat atau kepala dinas, agar sensitif pada hal-hal yang menyangkut hajat hidup orang banyak,” tandasnya.
Nofrizal menegaskan program kerja 100 hari yang diukur dari 15 program prioritas Bupati James Uang dan Wakil Bupati Djufri Muhammad belum terlihat nyata.
“Indikatornya salah satu program terkait dengan pembangunan infrastruktur jalan dan jembatan sampai ke pelosok desa belum terlihat. Jangankan di pelosok, di pusat kota saja jalan masih rusak parah. Maka dari itu harus segera diperbaiki,” tukasnya. (yadi/red)
