PENAMALUT.COM, LABUHA – Komisi Pemilihan Umum (KPU) Kabupaten Halmahera Selatan, menetapkan daftar pemilih berkelanjutan per Agustus tahun 2021 sebanyak 154.544.
Rapat pleno rekapitulasi daftar pemilih berkelanjutan tahun 2021 digelar secara internal di ruang rapat KPU Halsel, Senin (30/8) itu dihadiri Ketua KPU Muhammad Agus Umar, dan anggotanya Darmin Hi. Hasim, Rusna Ahmad, Yaret Colling, dan Halid A. Rajak.
Ketua Devisi Perencanaan Data dan Informasi KPU Halsel, Rusna Ahmad mengatakan, rapat pleno penetapan daftar pemilih berkelanjutan tahun 2021 dilakukan sebagai bagian dari tugas KPU dalam melaksanakan kerja-kerja tahapan Pemilu dan Pilkada secara serentak pada tahun 2024 mendatang.
Sebelumnya KPUD Halsel sudah beberapa kali melakukan rapat koordinasi yang melibatkan Partai Politik, Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil (Dukcapil) Halsel, dan Bawaslu Halsel dalam setiap triwulan atau 3 bulan sekali.
Sementara rapat rekapitulasi dilakukan setiap bulan dan hanya di internal KPU dengan sumber datanya dari Dukcapil itu terkait data dari pemilih yang baru perekaman, pemilih pindah keluar dan pemilih pindah masuk. Kemudian pemilih yang meninggal dan pemilih yang perubahan data seperti yang tadinya belum menikah dan ketika sudah menikah statusnya sudah kawin. Terus yang tadinya sudah kawin kemudian statusnya janda atau duda itu adalah perubahan.
“Begitu juga pindah domisili yang tadinya di Bacan Selatan, bulan ini pindah alamar di Obi misalkan. Sehingga DPB ini hanya memperbaharui data pemilih baik pemilih baru, pemilih TMS, dan pemilih yang mengalami perubahan data dilakukan setiap bulan. Dan hari ini untuk bulan Agustus punya,” ujarnya.
Lanjut Rusna, hasil DPB pada Agustus ini sama dengan Juli. Karena tidak ada laporan dari masyarakat terkait dengan pemilih yang mengalami perubahan data atau pemilih yang sudah meninggal maupun tidak ada data yang baru perekaman dari Dinas Dukcapil. KPU hanya bersumber dari Dinas Dukcapil terkait data pemilih yang baru perekaman.
“Setiap peristiwa kependudukan seperti pindah, meninggal, itu semua sumber dari Dukcapil,” tuturnya.
