PENAMALUT.COM, TERNATE – Pemerintah Kota Ternate pada tahun 2022 nanti memfokuskan program pembangunan di tiga kecamatan terluar, yakni Kecamatan Hiri, Moti, dan Batang Dua.
Hal ini sudah tertuang dalam RPMJD maupun Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Daerah (APBD) tahun 2022. Pemkot bakal mengalakoaksikan anggaran 30 miliar untuk fokus di tiga kecamatan terluar ini.
“Program kegiatan yang telah dikasih dari BPKAD dan pagu dari OPD terkait rasionalisasi belanja yang disesuaikan dengan pendapatan, akan tetap menjadi catatan Bapelitbangda bahwa tetap komitmen dan konsisten sesuai yang diarahkan RPJMD. Sehingga program yang direncanakan seperti di Moti, Hiri dan Batang Dua akan tetap menjadi fokus penekanan kita pada APBD 2022,” ujar Kepala Bapelitbangda Kota Ternate, Rizal Marsaoly kepada wartawan, Selasa (26/10).
Menurut Rizal, apapun bentuk maupun penyesuaian program, tetap program yang telah direncanakan itu tidak bisa hilang. Progam dasar itu akan menjadi fokus Bapelitbangda untuk menjadi prioritas.
Ia bilang, Bapelitbangda hadir dengan tujuan bagaimana mengawal dokumen perencanaan awal. Sebab jika starting awal sudah salah, maka akan mempengaruhi tahapan selanjutnya.
Fokus program yang akan dijalankan nanti terkait peningkatan fasilitas dasar air bersih dan jalan di Moti. Sementara di Hiri ada 3 jembatan, begitu juga air bersih dan jalan. Pemerintah juga akan menata Hiri dengan konsepnya destinasi wisata baru. Sehingga Faudu, Doraisa dan Tomajiko agar mengembangkan pariwisata disitu.
Selanjutnya Batang Dua akan diperlakukan hal yang sama menjadi fokus perhatian pemerintah, seperti lokasi mesin genset yang ada di Mayau. Karena sudah kena air laut hingga berkarat, makanya pemerintah akan cari lokasi baru.
“Oleh karena itu, tahun 2022 akan dianggarkan 30 miliar untuk fokus pembangunan di tiga kecamatan ini. Insya Allah komitmen ini berjalan sesuai apa yang kita inginkan bersama,” tukasnya. (adv/udi)
