PENAMALUT.COM, TALIABU – Ratusan massa aksi yang menamakan diri Aliansi Masyarakat Peduli Taliabu (AMPT) melakukan aksi unjuk rasa di Kantor Dinas Pendidikan Taliabu, Senin (10/1) tadi.
Pantauan wartawan media ini di lapangan, aksi tersebut untuk mempertanyakan insentif guru daerah terpenceil (Dacil) yang sudah tidak diterima selama tiga tahun ini.
Massa aksi mencoba masuk menerobos kedalam Kantor Diknas yang saat itu dihalau pihak Satpol-PP. Adu jotos pun terjadi antara pihak Satpol dan massa aksi. Beruntung, adu jotos ini tak berlangsung lama.
Koordinator akai, Sauti Jamadin dalam orasinya mengatakan, Guru Dacil di beberapa kecamatan saat ini tengah mogok mengajar lantaran belum mendapatkan tunjang Dacil.
“Guru Dacil ini sudah tiga tahun tidak diberikan tunjangan. Hal ini tentu berefek pada mutu pembelajaran para guru ke anak murid kita,” teriak Sauti.
Menjawab hal itu, Kadis Pendidikan Taliabu, Citra Puspa Sari Mus, mengaku baru mendengar informasi yang disampaikan para pendemo.
“Kalau kalian sebutkan tunjangan tiga tahun tidak cair, itu saya baru dengar, apalagi dari tahun 2019 sampai 2021. Karena setahu saya dana tersebut langsung dicairkan ke rekening sekolah masing-masing yang telah terdaftar di pusat untuk Dacil,” ujarnya.
Citra menuturukan, guru yang menerima tunjangan tersebut adalah mereka yang berada di daerah terpencil.
“Di Taliabu ini, guru yang menerima tunjangan Dacil hanya di Kecamatan Taliabu Timur dan Taliabu Timur Selatan. Itu sesuai terdaftar langsung dari pusat,” terangnya.
Selain melakukan aksi di Diknas, AMPT juga melakukan aksi di Dinas Kesehatan dan Kantor Kejaksaan Negeri (Kejari) Taliabu.
Massa meminta pihak Dinas Kesehatan untuk transparan soal dana Bantuan Operasi Kesehatan (BOK) serta membayar Tunjangan Penghasilan Pegawai (TPP) 2021, khusus untuk tenaga kesehatan (Nakes).
Selain itu, massa juga meminta pihak Kejari mengusut tuntas berbagai macam kasus yang terkesan berjalan di tempat, di antaranya kasus Proyek Puskesmas Sahu-Tikong, kasus pengadaan batik tradisional dan kasus pengadaan obat-obatan. (ysn/ask)
