PENAMALUT.COM, TOBELO – Pemasangan instalasi listrik ke rumah warga Desa Apulea, Kecamatan Loloda Utara, Kabupaten Halmahera Utara, yang dianggarkan melalui anggaran dana desa (DD) tahun 2020-2021 dinilai asal-asalan.

Padahal, program dengan nama peningkatan sarana dan prasaran energi alternatif desa berupa pemasangan meteran listrik itu dianggarkan dua tahap.

Pada tahap pertama tahun 2020, dianggarkan sebesar 198 juta rupiah. Sementara pada tahun 2021 dianggarkan sebesar 129 juta rupiah.

“Faktanya hanya pemasangan instalasi listrik tiap rumah, tapi tidak sesuai prosedur,” ujar Ruli, salah satu warga setempat kepada media ini, Senin (17/1).

Pemasangan instalasi listrik rumah warga yang asal-asalan.

Bahkan, lanjut Rusli, pemasangan listrik ke rumah-rumah warga ini juga tidak melalui meteran listrik. Hal ini jelas menyalahi aturan dari PLN.

Sebagai masyarakat Desa Apulea, ia mengamati alur perkembangan pembangunan yang ada di Desa Apulea, baik fisik maupun non fisik, tidak efektif dan terindikasi ada ketimpangan anggaran.

“Demi menjaga nama baik pemerintah daerah, masalah ini seharusnya di selesaikan secara hukum yang berlaku. Karena sudah merugikan keuangan Negara,” tandasnya. (fnc/ask)
