PENAMALUT.COM, JAILOLO – Kejaksaan Tinggi (Kejati) Maluku Utara sedang mendalami dugaan penyalahgunaan anggaran pinjaman Pemerintah Kabupaten Halmahera Barat tahun 2018 senilai 159 miliar.
Bahkan saat ini Kejati telah memeriksa beberapa orang terkait pinjaman itu. Salah satu orang yang dimintai klarifikasi adalah Sekretaris Daerah (Sekda) Halbarb, Syahril Abdul Rajak.
Pinjaman anggaran senilai 159 miliar lewat Bank Maluku-Malut itu untuk pembiayaan sejumlah kegiatan pekerjaan, salah satunya adalah pekerjaan jalan Goin-Kedi yang tidak tuntas.
Hal ini mendapat desakan dari Anggota DPRD Halbar, Asdian Taluke. Anggota Komisi III DPRD Halbar mendesak Kejati Malut mengusut proyek pekerjaan jalan Goin-Kedi yang berkaitan dengan pinjaman tersebut.
“Kalau Kejati Malut menyelidiki kasus utang Pemkab Halbar, maka persoalan proyek jalan Goin-Kedi Kecamatan Loloda juga harus dilakukan penyelidikan secara tuntas,” desak Asdian saat ditemui wartawan, Senin (17/1).
Ia menduga proyek jalan Goin-Kedi dengan pagu anggaran 51 miliar terdapat kejanggalan. Di mana berdasarkan dokumen-dokumen yang ia baca dan mempelajarinya, ternyata jalan tersebut tidak tuntas.
“Pertanyaannya anggaran sebesar itu dikemanakan? Kejati harus mengambil tindakan serius dan harus mengusut tuntas,” pintanya.
Politisi Partai Gerindra ini juga menyebutkan, progres pekerjaan jalan Goin-Kedi ini baru mencapai 60 persen. Mirisnya, sebagian jalannya sudah rusak.
“Maka ini harus menjadi perhatian Kejati, bila perlu Kejati langsung turun lapangan meninjau kondisi jalan Goin-Kedi ini,” ujarnya.
Diketahui, proyek tersebut dikerjakan oleh PT. Alfa Adiel dengan pagu anggaran 51 miliar dan waktu pekerjaan 210 hari kalender yang dimukai sejak 3 Oktober 2018 dan berakhir 30 April 2019.
Progres pekerjaan jalan ini baru mencapai 60 persen. Sementara realisasi anggarannya sudah Rp 22.390.920.000, atau kurang lebih 45,28 persen.
Progres jalan yang sudah di aspal itu sekitar 12 kilometer dan masih tersisa sekitar 10 kilometer yang belum di aspal.
“Karena kualitas aspal yang kurang bagus, sehingga curah hujan seperti sekarang ini membuat aspalnya mulai terkelupas. Ini perlu dicurigai,” tandas Asdian. (adi/ask)
