PENAMALUT.COM, SANANA – Kepala Desa Waiboga, Kecamatan Sulabesi Tengah, Kabupaten Kepulauan Sula, Hasanudin Tidore, dinonaktifkan Bupati.
Ini karena Hasanudin tidak menyelesaikan Laporan Pertanggungjawaban (LPJ) Dana Desa (DD) dan Alokasi Dana Desa (ADD) tahun 2020.
Hasanudin dinonaktifkan oleh Bupati Fifian Adeningsih Mus berdasarkan Surat Keputusan (SK) Bupati Kepulauan Sula Nomor 8 tahun 2022 tertanggal 12 Januari 2022.
Palaksana tugas (Plt) Kapala Insepektorat Kepulauan Sula, Idham Sanaba menjelaskan, pada Februari 2021 lalu, tim auditor dari Inspektorat telah melakukan audit ADD triwuan I, II, III dan IV serta DD tahap I, II dan III tahun 2020 yang dikelola Pemerintah Desa Waiboga.
Dalam audit itu terdapat sejumlah permasalahan di lapangan, diantaranya belum ada pertanggungjawaban oleh Kepala Desa maupun Bendahara Desa Waiboga.
Selain temuan administrasi, juga terdapat masalah seperti pembangunan pagar desa dan belanja mesin genset perikanan, timbangan bayi sebanyak 4 buah, serta pembuatan video dan belanja koran yang tidak ditemukan tim auditor.
“Temuan ini kemudian dibuat laporan dan disampaikan ke Kepala Desa Waiboga untuk ditindaklanjuti dalam waktu lima hari. Namun yang bersangkutan tidak koperatif menyelesaikan temuan tersebut,” ujar Kepala Inspektorat Idhan Sanaba kepada wartawan, Rabu (19/1) tadi.
Pada tanggal 14 april 2021, Kades dan Bendhara Waiboga dipanggil untuk membahas masalah tersebut. Namun saat itu yang hadir hanyalah Kades, dan setelah pembahasan itu juga tidak ditindaklanjuti.
Hingga pada tanggal 24 agustus 2021, terbitlah Laporan Hasil Pemeriksaan (LHP) yang didalamnya merekomendasikan kepada Kades Waiboga segera menyelesaikan temuannya dalam waktu 60 hari, namun yang bersangkutan tidak juga menindaklanjuti.
“Sehingga kami merekomendasikan ke Bupati untuk mengambil keputusan sesuai dengan kewenangannya. Kemudian keluar keputusan Bupati yang bersakutan dinonaktifkan dari jabatan Kades Waiboga,” jelasnya. (ish/ask)
