PENAMALUT.COM, JAILOLO – Mantan Kepala Desa Guaeria, Kabupaten Hakmahera Baarat, Hendrik Makringo, belum mengembalikan temuan kerugian dana desa (DD) tahun 2019-2020 senilai 147 juta.
Koordinator Audit Investigasi Inspektorat Halmahera Barat, Hendris Saniki mengungkapkan, temuan atas dugaan penyalahgunaan DD Guaeria pada 2019 dan 2020 belum ada pengembalian kerugian negara oleh Kades non aktif, Hendrik Makringo.
Untuk kerugian berdasarkan temuan pada tahun senilai Rp 91.287.000. Sementara pada tahun 2020 senilai Rp 56.602.100, ditambah juga temuan admininstrasi sebesar Rp 298.380.750 lantaran tidak adanya surat pertanggungjawaban (SPJ).
“Kita sudah kasih waktu kepada yang bersangkutan untuk lakukan pengembalian terhitung 60 hari kalender semenjak penyerahan LHP pada agustus 2021 lalu, namun sudah terhitung satu tahun ini eks Kades tidak tindaklanjut pengembalian kerugian negara tersebut,” ujar Hendris saat ditemui wartawan, Selasa (8/3).
Untuk itu, Hendris menyarankan kepada masyarakat maupun LSM menindaklanjuti ke pihak penegak hukum. (adi/ask)
