PENAMALUT.COM, TERNATE – Koordinator Lapangan (Korlap) Front Penggerak Anti Korupsi (FPAK) dilaporkan ke Direktorat Reserse Kriminal Umum (Ditreskrimum) Polda Maluku Utara atas dugaan pencemaran nama baik.
Korlap FPAK berinsial ST itu dilaporkan Pelaksana Tugas (Plt) Sekretaris Dinas Kelautan dan Perikanan (DKP) Provinsi Maluku Utara, Ridwan Arsan, atas tudingan tak berdasar yang dilontarkan Korlap FPAK dalam aksi beberapa waktu lalu.
Ridwan usai membuat laporan polisi, mengatakan, kedatangan dirinya ke kantor Ditreskrimum Polda Malut dalam rangka melaporkan salah satu koordinator aksi yang menyebut dirinya korupsi dalam aksi unjuk rasa di Kejaksaan Tinggi (Kejati) Malut beberapa waktu lalu.
Tudingan tersebut, kata Ridwan, merupakan pencemaran nama baik lantaran tidak didukung dengan bukti-bukti.
“Mereka menulis nama saya sebagai mafia proyek fiktif. Ini jelas sangat mengganggu keluarga saya. Makanya saya melaporkan koordinator aksi itu,” tegasnya kepada wartawan, Senin (14/3).
“Saya ingin pihak Ditreskrimum Polda Malut untuk seriusi kasus ini sampai tahu maksud dan tujuan dalam aksi itu,” pintanya.
Sementara Direktur Ditreskrimum Polda Malut Kombes (Pol) Dwi Hindarwana melalui Kabag Wassidik AKBP Hengky Kurniawan ketika dikonfirmasi membenarkan adanya laporan pencemaran nama baik tersebut.
“Laporan kami sudah terima, dan akan diproses sesuai prosudur,” tandasnya
Hengky mengatakan dalam waktu dekat pihaknya bakal memanggil Korlap FPAK itu.
“Kita aka buat undangan untuk ST undangan klarifikasi. Setelah ST dipanggil untuk dimintai klarifikasi, akan dipelajari apakah memenuhi unsur pidana atau tidak. Kita nanti pelajari alat bukti apa saja yang penyidik dapatkan,” pungkasnya. (ano/ask)
