PENAMALUT.COM, JAILOLO – Penyidik Satuan Reserse Narkoba (Satresnarkoba) Polres Halmahera Barat menyerahkan tersangka beserta barang bukti kasus penyalahgunaan Narkotika ke Kejaksaan Negeri (Kejari) Halbar.
Kasat Resnarkoba Polres Halbar, Ipda Muh Hasba kepada wartawan Nuansa Media Grup, Jumat (1/7) tadi mengatakan, pihaknya telah menyerahkan tahap dua kasus penyalahgunaan Narkotika dengan tersangka IS (25), warga Sidangoli, Kecamatan Jailolo Selatan.
Pelaku dilakukan tahap dua beserta barang bukti yang diterima langsung Jaksa Penuntut Umum (JPU) Kejari Halbar, Usman.
Hasba menjelaskan, pelaku ditangkap pada Rabu 27 April 2022 lalu. Saat itu, pelaku menjemput paket ganja dengan berat 3,10 gram yang dibungkus dalam amplop dan dililit dengan lakban yang dikirim dari Ternate melalui salah satu ABK motoris speed boat Ternate-Jailolo.
“ABK yang tidak tahu menahu isi paket yang dikirim itu langsung menerima beserta ongkos kirim kemudian menyerahkan paket tersebut kepada pelaku IS. Setelah menerima paket tersebut, pelaku lalu hendak balik ke rumahnya. Dari situ kemudian anggota Satnarkoba mengamankannya,” jelasnya.
Atas perbuatannya, pelaku dijerat dengan Pasal 114 Ayat (1) Atau Pasal 111 Ayat (1) Undang-undang RI Nomor 35 Tahun 2009 Tentang Narkotika. (adi/ask)
