PENAMALUT.COM, JAILOLO – Sebanyak 43 narapidana (Napi) Lembaga Pemasyarakatan (Lapas) Kelas IIB Jailolo mendapat remisi HUT Kemerdekaan RI ke 77 tahun 2022.
Kepala Lapas Kelas IIB Jailolo, Haryono saat dikonfirmasi wartawan Nuansa Media Grup (NMG) pada Selasa (9/8) tadi mengatakan, jumlah total warga binaan yang ada di Lapas Kelas IIB Jailolo sebanyak 57 orang, namun yang mendapat remisi 17 Agustus hanya 43 orang. Sementara 14 orang Napi lainnya tidak mendapat remisi.
“Jadi hanya 43 yang mendapat remisi,” katanya.
Napi yang mendapat remisi umum 17 Agustus 2022 berdasarkan Peraturan Pemerintah (PP) Nomor 99 tahun 2012, yakni Napi Narkotika sebanyak 3 orang. Sedangkan remisi normal (pidana Umum) perlindungan anak sebanyak 36 orang, pembunuhan 1 orang, pemerkosaan 1 orang, penggelapan 1 orang, dan pencurian 1 orang.
Dari 43 orang Napi yang mendapat remisi itu, 11 diantaranya mendapatkan remisi lima bulan, 10 orang mendapat empat bulan, 10 orang mendapat tiga bulan, 4 orang mendapat dua bulan, dan 8 orang mendapat satu bulan. (adi/ask)
