PENAMALUT.COM, JAILOLO – DL (47), pelaku pemerkosaan gadis 16 tahun di Halmahera Barat ditahan Jaksa Penuntut Umum (JPU) Kejari Halbar, Senin (7/11) tadi. Ini setelah penyidik PPA Polres Halbar melimpahkan berkas tahap dua kasus tersebut ke Kejari.
Pelaku yang diketahui telah beristri itu terancam hukuman berat sesuai pasal yang disangkakan, yakni Pasal 81 ayat 1 atau Pasal 81 ayat 2 Undang-undang Perlindungan Anak dengan ancaman hukuman maksimal 15 tahun penjara.
Pelaksana Tugas (Plt) Kasi Pidum Kejari Halbar, Ahmad Luthfi Firdaus, menjelaskan bahwa kasus persetubuhan terhadap gadis yang masih duduk di bangku SMA itu bermula dari keduanya menjalin asmara. Saat itu, pelaku mengiming-imingi uang Rp 1 juta kepada korban. Karena butuh uang untuk kebutuhan hidup, akhirnya korban menuruti kemauan pelaku.
Berjalannya waktu, pelaku menyetubuhi korban beberapa kali dan memberikannya uang untuk tutup mulut.
Kasus ini terungkap setelah korban hamil. Saat itu, korban mengadukan DL ke orang tuanya bahwa ia telah dihamili. Tak terima, orang tua korban akhirnya melaporkan pelaku ke Polres.
“Perbuatan tersangka ini diduga dilakukan sebanyak tiga kali, yaitu di kampung dan juga di penginapan,” ujar Kasi Pidum.
Pelaku kini ditahan di Lapas Kelas IIB Kejari Halbar selama 20 hari ke depan untuk disidangkan. (adi/ask)
