PENAMALUT.COM, TERNATE – Yayasan Lembaga Bantuan Hukum (YLBH) Maluku Utara mendukung langkah Kejaksaan Negeri (Kejari) Ternate mengusut tuntas aliran dana sewa gedung Dhuafa Center.
Direktur YLBH Maluku Utara, M. Bahtiar Husni mengatakan, jika pihak pengelola Dhuafa Center tidak mau memberikan data-data atau terbuka terkait penyewaan gedung selama ini, maka patut diduga adanya tindak pidana korupsi.
“Terkait dengan data-data saya kira ini ada indikasi kuat bahwa telah terjadi dugaan adanya tindak pidana korupsi. Sebab yang menjadi tanda tanya adalah kenapa pihak pengelola tidak mau memberikan data-data terkait dengan penyewaan gedung Dhuafa Center,” ujarnya dengan nada Tanya.
Kata dia, pihak pengelola harusnya jujur menyampaikan data-data penyewaan gedung Dhuafa Center yang dikelola selama ini. Jika hal ini tidak diberikan, maka ada indiaksi tindak pidana korupsi. Maka dari itu, penyidik sudah harus turun kemudian menyelidiki.
Menurut dia, bisa saja biaya sewa gedung Rp 15 juta, namun yang dilaporkan hanya 10 juta. Ini harusnya dikroscek kebenarannya, sehingga kejejalasannya menjadi terang.
”Karena ada indikasinya bahwa tidak mau memberikan data keuangan.
Ini harus menjadi pekerjaan berat buat penyidik untuk melakukan penyelidikan lebih lanjut. Kami sangat mengapresiasi kepada penyidik Kejari untuk membongkar dugaan tindak pidana korupsi disitu,” ucapnya.
Meski demikian, Bahtiar menyampaikan bahwa hal ini belum bisa dikatakan korupsi, karena ini masih bersifat dugaan dan masih banyak data-data yang harus dilihat lebih jauh. (gon/ask)
