PENA – Komisi Pemilihan Umum Daerah (KPUD) Halmahera Selatan (Halsel) menggelar pengundian dan pengumuman nomor urut pasangan calon (Paslon) pemilihan bupati dan wakil bupati Halsel tahun 2020 di Hotel Buana Lipu Bacan, Kamis (24/9).
Hasil pengundian menempatkan Paslon Helmi Umar Muchsin dan La Ode Arfan (Helmi-La Ode) mendapatkan nomor urut 1. Sedangkan Usman Sidik dan Bassam Kasuba (Usman-Bassam) nomor urut 2.
Proses pengundian dilakukan KPU Halsel dengan menyediakan dua tabung. Satu tabung berisi urutan nomor 1 hingga nomor 10, sedang tabung kedua berisi nomor urut 1 dan 2. Tabung pertama diberikan kepada calon wakil bupati masing-masing paslon untuk mengundi urutan pencabutan. Dan tabung kedua diberikan kepada calon bupati untuk mengundi nomor urut paslon.
“Sesuai juknis dua tabung tersebut disediakan untuk dua kali proses pencabutan nomor yang dilakukan oleh kedua pasangan calon,” jelas Ketua KPUD Halsel, Darmin Hi. Hasyim.
Selain agenda pengundian dan pengumuman nomor urut paslon, KPU Halsel juga menggelar penandatanganan pakta integritas paslon atas protokil kesehatan Covid-19 pada Pilkada Halsel 2020. Kedua paslon diharuskan mematuhi protokol kesehatan dalam tahapan pilkada yang berlangsung.
“Tahapan Pilkada 2020 ini sangat ketat terkait protokol kesehatan Covid-19. Setelah agenda hari ini, kami bersama Bawaslu akan menyusul jadwal kampanye yang awal kampanye akan dimulai tanggal 26 September,” jelas Darmin.
Terkait protokol kesehatan, Darmin menambahkan jumlah peserta kampanye akan dibatasi dengan jumlah maksimum 50 orang.
“Untuk kampanye ini juga dan terkait penerapan protokol kesehatan kita masih menunggu juknis dari KPU RI. Namun yang jelas, penerapan protokol kesehatan sangat ditegaskan di Pilkada 2020 ini,” tutup Darmin. (*)
