PENA – Milenial di Kabupaten Halmahera Timur (Haltim) menggelar dialog terbuka dengan menghadirkan empat orang pemateri muda yang berlangsung di Desa Dakaino, Kecamatan Wasile Timur. Dialog ini sekaligus deklarasi dukungan ke pasangan Calon Bupati dan Wakil Bupati Haltim, Moh. Abdu Nazar Azis Ajarat (MONAS).
Ketua Komunitas Pemilih Abdu-Azis (KOMPAS), Ismit Abas Hatary mengatakan, dilaog terbuka yang diselenggarakan kaum melenial ini merupakan salah satu kegiatan kampanye yang telah diatur oleh KPU. Dialog ini menghadirkan empat pemateri yang berkompeten, yakni Anggota DPRD Malut Haryadi Ahmad, Ketua LSM Forum Paralegal Malut Sefnat Sanangua, Ketua Kelompok Tani Hisomudin, dan Pemerhati Perempuan dan Anak Julia Pihang.
“Kegiatan ini bertujuan memberikan edukasi politik kepada masyarakat dengan,” kata Ismit.
Ismit bilang, kegiatan ini juga terdapat penggalian gagasan yang bersifat partisipatif dengan melibatkan pemateri, peserta dan juga pasangan calon Bupati dan Wakil Bupati Nomor urut 3 MONAS. Kehadiran paslon MONAS di tengah-tengah dialog ini untuk mendengarkan dan menanggapi penyampaian pemateri dan peserta. Hasil dari dialog terbuka ini akan menjadi catatan dalam perencanaan pembangunan daerah, jika paslon MONAS terpilih nantu.
“Kegiatan ini bntuk kepedulian kami generasi muda Haltim dalam partisipasi pembangunan daerah untuk lima tahun ke depan,” ujarnya.
Acara dialog yang dengan diisi live musik ini juga dihadiri ribuan masyarakat yang ada di wilayah Kecamatan Wasile dan Wasile Timur. Di akhir dialog, dilanjutkan deklarasi dukungan pemilih milineal ke paslon MONAD.
Hadir dalam deklarasi tersebut, perwakilan kaum milenial dari delapan kecamatan yakni Kecamatan Wasile Selatan,Wasile, Wasile Timur, Kecamatan Wasile Tengah, Wasile Utara, Maba Selatan, Maba dan Kecamatan Maba Tengah. (*)
