PENA – Jabatan pada lima Kepala Kejaksaan Negeri (Kajari) dan Dua Asisten pada Kejaksaan Tinggi (Kejati) Maluku Utara (Malut) berganti.
Pergantian jabatan itu tercantum dalam surat Nomor Kep-IV-128/C/02/2021 tentang pemindahan, pemberhentian, dan pengangkatan dari dalam jabatan struktural Pegawai Negeri Sipil Kejaksaan Republik Indonesia.
Mereka adalah Damrah Muin, Asisten Pembinaan Kejaksaan Tinggi Malut menempati jabatan baru sebagai Asisten Pengawasan pada Kejaksaan Tinggi Sulawesi Barat. Posisinya digantikan Bambang Setyadi, yang sebelumnya menjabat sebagai Asisten Intelijen Kejaksaan Tinggi Nusa Tenggara Timur.
Hartawi, Asisten Tindak Pidana Umum Kejati Malut menempati jabatan baru sebagai Kepala Kejaksaan Negeri Palu. Posisinya digantikan Saiful Bahri yang sebelumnya menjabat Kepala Kejaksaan Negeri Jepara.
Kepala Kejaksaan Negeri Halmahera Timur, Andi Ashari, dimutasi sebagai Kepala Bagian Tata Usaha pada Kejaksaan Tinggi Sulawesi Selatan. Untuk posisi Kajari Haltim diisi Adrianus Notanobun, yang sebelumnya menjabat Koordinator pada Kejaksaan Tinggi Maluku.
Arif Budiman, Kepala Kejaksaan Negeri Halmahera Tengah diangkat sebagai Kepala Kejaksaan Negeri Kampar. Posisinya kini digantikan Yuana Nurshiyam, yang sebelumnya menjabat sebagai Koordinator Kejaksaan Tinggi D.I. Yogyakarta.
Romulus Haholongan, Kepala Kejaksaan Negeri Kepualaun Sula diangkat sebagai Kepala Kejaksaan Negeri Barito Selatan. Posisinya digantikan Burhan, yang sebelumnya menjabat sebagai Kepala Bagian Tata Usaha pada Kejaksaan Tinggi Bengkulu.
Adam Saimima, Kepala Kejaksaan Negeri Tidore Kepulauan diporomosikan pada jabatan baru sebagai Kepala Kejaksaan Negeri Tarakan. Posisinya digantikan Abdul Muin, yang sebelumnya menjabat Koordinator pada Kejaksaan Tinggi Kalimantan Barat.
I Ketut Terima Darsana, Kepala Kejaksaan Negeri Halmahera Utara menduduki Kepala Bagian Tata Usaha pada Kejaksaan Tinggi Maluku. Posisi yang ditinggalkan Ketut akan ditempati Agus Wirawan Eko Saputro, yang sebelumnya menjadi Koordinator pada Kejaksaan Tinggi Gorontalo.
Suwirjo, Koordinator pada Kejaksaan Tinggi Malut diangkat sebagai Kepala Kejaksaan Negeri Tojo Una-Una. Posisinya diisi oleh Harianto Pane, yang sebelumnya menjabat sebagai Kepala Seksi Evaluasi dan Pelaporan pada Subdirektot Pendampingan dan Audit Hukum, Direktorat Pertimbangan Hukum Jaksa Agung Muda Bidang Perdata dan Tata Usaha Negara, Kejaksaan Agung.
Pergantian jabatan dalam lingkup Kejati Malut ini dibenarkan Kasi Penkum Kejati Malut, Richard Sinaga. Menurutnya, terdapat pergantian sejumlah jabatan sebagaimana dalam surat keputusan (SK) Jaksa Agung. “Ada asisten, kajari dan koordinator yang berganti,” kata Richard saat dikonfirmasi, Rabu (10/2).
