PENA – Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan (Dikbud) Provinsi Maluku Utara menggelar sosialisasi Peraturan Menteri Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan (Permendikbud) Nomor 6 tahun 2021 tentang petunjuk teknis pengelolaan Dana Bantuan Operasional Sekolah (BOS) Reguler.
Kegiatan sosialisasi ini berlangsung di SMK Negeri 1 Kota Ternate, Selasa (23/2) tadi. Hadir dalam kegiatan tersebut Sekretaris Dikbud Malut Amiruddin, Kasi Kurikulum SMA Ramli Kamaludin, dan Kasi Kurikulum SMK Makmur.
Sekretaris Dikbud Malut, Amiruddin mengatakan bahwa berdasarkan Permendikbud Nomor 6 tahun 2021 dijelaskan bahwa prinsip penggunaan dana BOS ini yang pertama untuk mendukung konsep “Merdeka Belajar”. Penggunaan dana BOS ini disusun sesuai dengan kebutuhan sekolah termasuk untuk penanganan Covid-19, baik dalam kondisi Pembelajaran Tatap Muka (PTM) maupun Belajar Dari Rumah (BDR).
Kedua, harus bersifat tidak kaku dan mengikat. Artinya, dana BOS 2021 tidak ditentukan kuantitas dan kualitas jenis barang, serta tidak ditentukan persentase penggunaannya. Ketiga, pengelolaan berdasar manajemen berbasis sekolah. “Sekolah diberikan fleksibilitas terhadap penggunaan sumberdaya baik dalam bentuk dana, informasi dan pengetahuan untuk berinovasi dan berkreativitas secara mandiri dengan memperhatikan prinsip-prinsip efisiensi, efektifitas, akuntabilitas, dan transparansi,” kata Amiruddin.
Amiruddin bilang, pemerintah telah mengalokasikan anggaran kepada satuan pendidikan melalui Dana BOS tahun 2021 yang bertujuan untuk membantu pendanaan biaya operasional dan non-personalia dalam rangka peningkatkan mutu pembelajaran dan pemenuhan sebagian standar nasional pendidikan. “Saya berharap dapat melaksankan penggunaan anggaran BOS sesuai juknis pedoman, mulai dari perencanaan pelaksanaan dan pelaporan,” pungkasnya.
