PENAMALUT.COM, TERNATE – Dua mantan anggota DPRD Kota Ternate periode 2014-2019 belum mengembalikan temuan perjalanan dinas tahun 2016-2017.
Kedua mantan anggota DPRD itu berinisial AMA dan JA.
Saat ini Kejaksaan Negeri (Kejari) Ternate sedang mengupayakan agar temuan perjalanan dinas segera diselesaikan.
Kepala Seksi Perdata dan Tata Usaha Negara (Datun) Kejari Ternate, Safri Abdul Muin mengatakan, pihaknya masih mengupayakan agar dilakukan pengembalian terkait selisih pengeluaran rill perjalanan dinas dan kelebihan pembayaran atas selisih pertanggungjawaban harga tiket perjalan dinas.
Sejauh ini, kata dia, sudah ada yang melakukan pengembalian dengan cara menyicil.
“Sudah ditindaklanjuti, dan sudah ada jawaban dari Sekertaris DPRD bahwa sebagaian tunggakan sudah ada pengembalian,” kata Safri saat ditemui di ruang kerjanya, Rabu (21/7) tadi.
Ia bilang, sejauh ini sudah ada rencana pengembalian sekitar 37 juta dan sudah dibuatkan akta perjanjian untuk dilakukan pembayaran secara cicilan. Untuk staf dan pendamping anggota DPRD, serta pers yang bertugas di DPRD sebagian sudah dikembalikan.
Sementara dua mantan anggota DPRD yakni AMA dan JA belum sama sekali dilakukan pengembalikan. Namun demikian, pihaknya masih memberikan waktu kepada keduanya agar segera mengembalikannya.
“Kami kasih waktu agar mereka sadar dan segera kembalikan uang perjalanan dinas itu. Jika tidak, maka kami akan buatkan laporan dan akan lakukan penegakan hukum,” tegasnya. (red)
