PENAMALUT.COM, LABUHA – Plafon ruang belajar Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP) Negeri 63, Kabuapten Halmahera Selatan, rusak parah.
Rusaknya plafon sekolah yang terletak di Desa Modayama, Kecamatan Kayoa Utara itu sudah lama, namun belum ada perhatian dari Dinas Pendidikan Halsel.
Pantauan wartawan di lapangan, sekolah tersebut terdapat enam ruang belajar, namun yang digunakan hanya tiga ruangan. Sementara tiga lainnya tidak digunakan. Nyaris semua ruangan plafonnya rusak.
Bahkan kepala sekolahnya jarang sekali masuk sekolah dan tidak berada di desa.
“Kepala sekolah jarang ada di tempat tugas (sekolah),” kata beberapa siswa yang saat itu ditemui sedang tidak bersekolah.
Kondisi ini membuat sekolah tersebut terlihat tidak ada aktivitas belajar mengajar seperti sekolah lainnya.
