PENAMALUT.COM, SANANA – Panitia khusus (Pansus) Covid-19 DPRD Kabupaten Kepulauan Sula menemukan sejumlah kejanggalan pada item belanja di Dinas Kesehatan Sula.
Pengadaan sejumlah kebutuhan penanganan covid di masa kepemimpinan Pelaksana Tugas (Plt) Kepala Dinkes Safrudin Sapsuha itu barangnya tidak terlihat.
Pengadaan tersebut diantaranya 75 buah kasur, 35 buah televisi, dan 35 buah kipas angin, serta 2 buah mesin cuci. Barang tersebut dalam dokumentasinya ada, akan tetapi sampai sekarang tidak ada barang tersebut.
“Item-item ada sempat dilakukan pengadaan, bahkan dokumentasinya ada. Tadi Plt Kepala Dinkes yang baru sampaikan di rapat tadi bahwa barangnya sudah tidak ada, juga nota pembelanjaan tidak ada sama sekali,” ujar Ketua Pansus Covid, Ramli Sade kepada wartawan usai rapat dengar pendapat (RDP) dengan sejumlah SKPD pengelola dana covid, Rabu (4/8) tadi.
Ramli mengatakan, anggaran covid di Pemkab Sula pada tahun 2020 dianggarkan sebesar 46 miliar rupiap. Namun yang terpakai hanya sekitar Rp 35 miliar lebih per 31 Desember 2020. Anggaran 35 miliar yang terpakai itu tersebar di 6 SKPD.
Sehingga itu, pihaknya memanggil Dinas Keuangan, Dinas Kesehatan, Dinas Ketahanan Pangan, dan Dirut Rumah Sakit Sanana untuk dilakukan RDP terkait dana covid ini.
Terkait kejanggalan pada sejumlah item belanja itu, pihaknya nanti membahas di internal Pansus.
Sekadar ketehui, anggaran covid yang sudah digunakan 35 miliar lebih itu dengan rincian Dinas Kesehatan Rp 5.956.085.100, Dinas Perindakop Rp 1.098.857.888, Dinas Sosial Rp 6.399.999.800, Dinas Ketahan Pangan Rp 2 miliar, BPBD Rp 4.002.032.900, dan RSUD Sanana Rp 13.132.378.888. (ish/ask)
