PENAMALUT.COM, SANANA – Penyidik Polres Kepulauan Sula hingga saat ini belum menetapkan tersangka atas dugaan korupsi pembangunan pasar Makdahi Sanana.
Padahal, kasus tersebut oleh penyidik telah dinaikkan statusnya dari penyelidikan ke penyidikan beberapa waktu yang lalu.
Penyidik berjanji penetapan tersangka akan dilakukan, apabila tim dari Badan Pengawasan Keuangan dan Pembangunan (BPKP) Perwakilan Maluku Utara sudah turun melakukan konstruksi hukum terhadap pasar tersebut.
“Pertengaah bulan Juli BPKP mau datang untuk konstruksi pasar rakyat Makdahi. Jadi setelah konstrisi, kami akan gelar dab langsung ditetapkan tersangkanya,” ujar Kasat Reskrim Polres Sula, Iptu Aryo Dwi Prabowo saat dikonfirmasi wartawan, awal Juli lalu 2021 lalu.
Lambatnya penetapan tersangka kasus yang diduga merugikan keuangan negara ratusan juta ini membuat sejumlah pihak angkat bicara.
Gerakan Mahasiswa Nasional Indonesa (GMNI) Provinsi Maluku Utara mengancam akan melaporkan Polres Sula ke Mabes Polri jika tak kunjung menetapkan tersangka kasus tersebut.
“Kami minta Polres Sula segera tuntaskan kasus dugaan korupsi Pasar Rakyat Makdahi Sanana,” desak Sekretaris DPD GMNI Malut, Irfan Norau kepada wartawan, Sabtu (7/8).
Menurutnya, anggaran pembangunan Pasar Rakyat Makdahi tahap I yang dikerjakan oleh CV Inasko Jaya pada 29 Maret 2018 dengan nilai kontrak sebesar Rp 1.142.880.119 bersumber dari APBD tahun 2018.
Sementara untuk pembangunan tahap II dikerjakan PT Inasko Cipta pada tangal 4 September 2018 dengan nilai kontrak 5,6 miliar. Namun pekerjaannya tidak sesuai dengan nilai kontrak serta kekurangan velume.
Hal ini, kata dia, jelas mengindikasikan telah terjadi korupsi pada pekerjaan itu.
“Jika dalam waktu dekat Polres Sula tidak menggelar penetapan tersangka, maka DPD GMNI Malut akan menyurati Kapolri untuk menegur Polres Sula dan harus diberi sanksi,” tegas Irfan.
“Sebab tidak ada alasan lagi untuk perlambat menetapkan tersangka kasus Pasar Rakyat Makdahi. Ini sudah jelas, mau tunggu apa lagi,” tandasnya menutup. (ish/ask)
