PENAMALUT.COM, TERNATE – Pihak kepolisian dari Polsek Ternate Utara, menetapkan 5 orang sindikat pembuat sertfikat vaksin palsu akhirnya ditetapkan sebagai tersangka.
Kelima orang tersebut yakni CU alias Cul (45), S alias Suri (30), MA alias AMA (28), N alias Ongen (44), dan SP alias Mas Yono.
Kapolres Kota Ternate, AKBP Aditya Laksimada menjelaskan, kelima orang ini diamankan pada Minggu (22/8) lalu.
Pada saat itu, petugas KKP Bandara Sultan Hasanudin Makassar menelpon Kepala Puskesmas Kalumpang Ternate, dr. Marilyn.
Petugas menyampaikan bahwa ada calon penumpang melakukan vaksinnya di Puskesmas Kalumpang, tapu pada saat diverifikasi data di aplikasi peduli lindungi, namun datanya tidak. Kapus Kalumpang kemudian meminta agar dikirimkan data KTP dan kartu vaksin calon penumpang itu melalui WhatsApp.
Setelah dikroscek ke tim vaksintaor Puskesmas Kalumpang, ternyata dalam tiga data vaksinasi Puskesmas pada 7 Agustus 2021 tidak menemukan nama tersebut, serta bentuk surat vaksinasi ukurannya beda yang dikeluarkan oleh Puskesmas Kalumpang.
“Sehingga dokter menginstruksikan satu orang petugas puskesmas untuk menelepon CU alias CUL. Namun CUL mengatakan melalui telepon bahwa dirinya melakukan vaksinasi di Puskesmas Kalumpang,” ujar Kapolres saat konferensi penetapan tersangka kelima pembuat sertifikat vaksin palsu ini di Mapolres Ternate, Kamis (26/8).
Lanjut Kapolres, lantaran curiga, Kapus Kalumpang menyuruh dua orang petugas Puskesmas ke Bandara Babullah untuk menemui pelaku CUL yang akan tiba pada di Bandara Babullah pada Minggu pagi pukul 100.08 WIT dengan pesawat Batik Air.
Kedua petugas itu kemudian bertemu dengan CUL. Kemudian petugas melihat surat vaksin dan menanyakan kepada CUL di mana melakukan vaksinasi. CUL kemudian mengaku bahwa dirinya belum pernah divaksin.
Petugas kemudian membawa CUL ke Polsek Ternate Utara, dan selanjutnya dilakukan penyelidikan yang dipimpin Kapolsek Temate Utara, Iptu Joni Aryanto.
Dari hasil pengembangan, ditemukan orang-orang yang membantu pembuatan sertifikat vaksin palsu tersebut.
Mereka adalah Yono, sebagai orang yang membuat surat vaksin dan menjual kepada pelaku Ongen dengan harga Rp 250 ribu. Kemudian Ongen kepada AMA sebesar Rp 1,1 juta. Dari AMA kepada S dengan harga Rp 1,6 juta. Dari S kepada CUL seharga Rp 1,7 juta.
“Jadi cara kerja pembuatan surat vaksin palsu ini awalnya dari Yono yang bekerja sebagai penjual tiket di Kelurahan Muhajirin. Setelah mendapatkan surat vaksin asli dalam bentuk fisik milik calon penumpang lain, kemudian surat vaksin tersebut di foto menggunakan handphone miliknya. Selanjutnya hasil foto tersebut dimasukan ke dalam aplikasi zamzar untuk diubah dalam bentuk document,” jelas Aditya.
“Tersangka Yono kemudian merubah identitas dan surat vaksin tersebut ke identitas baru, lalu pada kolom riwayat vaksinasi yang dirubah hanya tanggal vaksin, nomor batch tiga digit di angka belakangnya,” sambung mantan Kapolres Halbar ini.
Tersangka Yono memasukan document tersebut ke laptop dan di cetak menggunakan kertas HVS. Sejauh ini Yono sudah mencetak sertifikat vaksin palsu ini sebanyak 50 buah.
Atas permasalahan tersebut, kelimanya diancam pidana dalam pasal 263 ayat (1) dan ayat (2) junto pasal 378 junto pasal 55 ayat (1) KUHP dengan ancam selama 6 tahun penjara.
“Penyidik kita telah melakuma pemeriksa sebanyak 9 orang saksi dan memeriksa 5 orang tersangka. Kelimanya ini kita sudah tahan dan tetapkan tersangka,” terang Kapolres. (red)
