PENAMALUT.COM, TALIABU – Bupati Kabupaten Taliabu, Aliong Mus, menunjuk Agusmawati Toib Koten sebagai Pelaksana Tugas (Plt) Kepala Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Desa (DPMD) Taliabu.
Padahal, saat ini Agusmawati berstatus sebagai tersangka atas kasus dugaan korupsi pemotongan dana desa (DD) Taliabu tahun 2017. Kala itu Agusmawati masih menjabat Kepala Bidang Perbendaharaan pada Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan Aset Daerah (BPKAD) Taliabu.
Agusmawati ditunjuk Bupati Aliong Mus sebagai Plt Kepala DPMD menggantikan posisi Mansuh Mudo. Serah terima jabatan keduanya dilakukan pada Rabu (1/9) lalu.
Pemkab Talibu Bungkam
Pemerintah Kabupaten Taliabu melalui Kepala Dinas Kominfo dan Kehumasan saat dikonfirmasi wartawan mengaku tidak tahu menahu soal penunjukan Agusmawati sebagai Plt Kadis PMD. Kadis Kominfo Gaffarudin menyarankan agar wartawan menanyakan kepada Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia (BKPSDM)
Plt Kepala BKPSDM, Suryati Kene, saat diwawancarai terkait hal itu, juga enggan memberikan komentar. Ia lebih memilih diam dan tidak menjwab pertanyaan wartawan.
Sama halnya dengan Komisi I DPRD Taliabu yang membidangi peemrintahan. Wartawan mencoba meminta tanggapan atas penunjukan tersangka sebagai Plt Kadis, tak yang mau memberikan tanggapan.
Sekadar diketahui penyidik Direktorat Reserse Kriminal Khusus (Ditresmrimsus) Polda Malut telah menetapkan Agusmawati sebagai tersangka pada tahun 2019 lalu atas dugaan pemotongan DD 71 desa di Taliabu pada tahun 2017.
Bahkan Polda juga telah mengantongi hasil audit kerugian negara atas kasus tersebut. Tidak hanya Polda, BPKP Malut juga menyebut adanya kerugian negara dalam kasus tersebut.
Kasus ini mencuat setelah dugaan pemotongan DD ini dilakukan Agusmawati yang kemudian ditransfer ke rekening CV Syafaat Perdana melalui BRI Unit Bobong pada Sabtu 8 Juli 2017. CV Syafaat Perdana diduga milik Agusmawati yang kala itu menjabat Bidang Perbendaharaan dan Kasda Pemkab Taliabu. (ysn/ask)
