PENAMALUT. COM, SANANA – Dinas Sosial (Dinsos) Kepulauan Sula terus mengupayakan adanya kesejahteraan bagi para keluarga di wilayah Kabupaten Kepulauan Sula. Hal itu dilakukan Dinsos Sula mengingat penyebaran Covid-19 belum juga dinyatakan berakhir hingga bulan Okotber tahun ini.
Salah satu dari upaya yang dilakukan Dinsos Sula adalah dengan terus mengupayakan dipercepatnya pencairan bantuan sosial pada Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH).
Kepala Dinsos Sula, Rahmat Fataruba mengatakan, bantuan bagi penerima PKH hingga bulan Oktober dapat dicairkan setelah pihaknya menerima SP2D dari Kementerian Sosial (Kemensos). Jika itu sudah diterima, serta sudah ada surat perintah membayar barulah para pendamping PKH membuat surat pemberitahuan kepada Keluarga Penerima Manfaat (KPM).
“Usai itu barulah dilakukan penyaluran bantuan. Ini yang sedang diupayakan oleh kami saat ini,” aku Rahmat, Selasa (5/10) di ruang kerjanya.
Untuk KPM-PKH, sambung Rahmat, tergantung pada komponennya. Data yang disodorkan oleh Dinsos Sula ke pusat tapi menjadi kewenangan pusat yang menentukan komponen tersebut.
Melalui PKH, keluarga yang memiliki ibu hamil, balita akan menerima bantuan sebesar Rp 3 juta per tahun. Sementara keluarga yang memiliki anak yang menempuh pendidikan sekolah dasar (SD) menerima Rp 900.000 per tahun, anak SMP Rp 1,5 juta per tahun, dan anak SMA Rp 2 juta per tahun. Jika di keluarga tersebut ada penyandang disabilitas dan lansia, maka bantuan sosial PKH pada bulan Oktober 2021 yang berhak diterima adalah Rp 2,4 juta.
Sementara untuk bantuan sembako, di Sula berhak mendapatkan Rp 200.000 per PKM-KPH. Tapi karena wilayah yang berpulau-pulau maka penyaluran bantuan tersebut hanya bisa dilakukan dalam tiga bulan sekali.
“Karena penyaluran bantuan sembako ini tiga bulan sekali karena kita di sini juga ada kekurangan alat berupa mesin edc dan jaringan, sehingga kami minta untuk disalurkan tiga bulan sekali,” ungkapnya.
Dari nilai Rp 200 ribu Dinsos Sula akan belanjakan sembako sesuai nilai yang telah ditentukan. Sembako yang dibeli dan diberikan untuk warga pun adalah yang sehat dan bergizi. (is/ask)
