PENAMALUT.COM, TERNATE – Yanti Prawiro, warga Kelurahan Tabona, Kota Ternate, terpaksa dilaporkan ke Polsek Ternate Selatan dengan tuduhan kekerasan terhadap anak di bawah umur.
Yanti diketahui menganiaya AP (15), yang tak lain adalah anak kandungnya sendiri hingga mengalami luka memar di sekujur tubuh. Tindakan kekerasan ini dilakukan Yanti lantaran sang anak telat jualan ikan fufu (asap).
Korban saat ditemui wartawan mengungkapkan, Ia dipukuli ibu dan kakaknya lantaran persoalan jualan ikan fufu tidak tepat waktu.
“Hari Sabtu pagi jam 07.00 WIT lalu mama telepon suru saya bajual ikan. Saya kemudian minta uang di papa mau pergi jualan ikan. Papa bilang ke saya tidak usah jualan sudah deng marah. Dari situ kakak yang perempuan langsung pukul saya,” ujarnya saat ditemui wartawan di Mapolsek Ternate Selatan, Kamis (18/11) kemarin.
Usai dipukul kakaknya, korban langsung pergi ke rumah Ibu Lia, teman ibunya yang sesama penjual ikan fufu untuk bantu-bantu demi mencari uang jajan sekolah.
Tak berselang lama, ibunya menelpon dan mengancamnya apabila ia pulang ke rumah, akan dipukuli.
“Saya takut pulang dan memilih menginap di rumah teman di Kelurahan Ubo-Ubo. Besoknya saya ke ruma Ibu Lia di lingkungan Tanah Misi sekaligus tidur disana. Paginya saya di bawah oleh Ibu Lia ke rumah Om Gunawan di Falajawa 2. Dari situ ibu saya cari tahu lalu ketemu dan saya di bawa pulang oleh ibu saya di rumah. Di rumah, ibu saya menyuruh kakak perempuan mengambil kayu lalu memukuli saya di tubuh bagian belakang dan kaki,” tutur korban.
Bukan kali pertama korban dianiaya, sudah berulang kali ibunya menganiayanya. Bahkan lengan kirinya pernah dipotong dan juga kepalanya dipukul menggunakan batu. Sang ayah yang melihat kejadian itu juga diam dan malah menyalahkannya.
“Saya sampai saat ini tidak pernah diberikan uang jajan saat pergi ke sekolah. Kalau tidak jualan ikan, saya tidak dikasih uang jajan. Saya malah disuruh mengurusi diri sendiri,” kata korban dengan raut wajah sedih.
Ibu Lia yang ikut mendampingi korban membenarkan, jika korban melarikan diri ke rumahnya untuk meminta bantuan mengamankan diri dari ancamana orang tuanya.
“Dia (korban) datang di rumah minta bantu, katanya dia dipukul sama ibunya dan diancam kalau sampai ketemu, ia akan dipukul dan dikasih masuk ke penjara. Saya lalu antar ke rumah Gunawan di Falajawa dua,” terangnya.
Setelah berada di rumah Gunawan yang merupakan kerabat ibu korban, Gunawan langsung menghubungi tim Pokdar Kamtibmas Bhayangkari Polda Malut Utara dan Komunitas Maluku Utara Bersatu (MUB) datang dan membawa korban ke Polsek Ternate Selatan untuk membuat laporan.
Saat ini, laporan tentang kekerasan terhadap anak di bawah umur ini sudah diterima pihak Polsek berdasarkan nomor surat tanda terima laporan: STPL/146/XI/2021/Polsek.
Kepada wartawan, Gunawan mengungkapkan bahwa tindakan kekerasan ini tidak hanya dialami AP. Sebelumnya Yanti Prawiro juga menganiaya kakak AP, yakni Intan. Bahkan sempat dilaporkan juga ke Polres Ternate dan berujung pada perdamaian.
“Kakak korban (Intan) juga diperlakukan demikian. Saya sendiri yang menyaksikan, bahkan menolongnya. Dan kali ini kembali terjadi di AP. Silahkan tanya ke penjual ikan fufu di pasar Bastiong, bagaimana perlakuan Yanti kepada anaknya,” ujarnya.
Kapolsek Ternate Selatan melaui tim penyidik, Helmi membenarjan jika laporan tentang kekerasan ini sudah diterima. Pihaknya saat meminta keterangan terhadap ibu korban dan belum bisa dilakukan penahanan. Sebab masih dalam tahap penyelidikan dan belum memiliki dua alat bukti yang cukup.
“Pelaku sementara dipulangkan dulu, sampai memenuhi dua alat bukti baru langsung dilakukan penahanan dan ditetapkan tersangka,” tandasnya.
Sementara Ketua Bidang Kaderisasi MUB, Larasati Abdul Habib menyampaikan, usai melakukan visum, korban saat ini belum bisa dipulangkan ke keluarganya lantaran masih trauma atas tindakan kekerasan dilakukan ibu kandungnya itu.
“Setelah dari sini, korban akan kita bawa ke rumah Aman Daurmala. Sampai prosesnya selesai, baru kita serahkan ke Pak Gunawan. Untuk kembali kepada keluarga sendiri atau seperti apa, tergantung dia. Kalau memang dia sudah trauma kita tidak bisa paksakan,” tukansya.
Ia juga menambahkan bahwa tindakan kekerasan ini sudah berlangsung sejak lama, sehingga kondisi korban mengalami trauma.
“Apalagi sekarang dia masih sekolah, sudah pasti lebih memilih ke Pak Gunawan, dibandingkan keluarganya sendiri. Kita akan tetap pantau dan terus koordinasi dengan pihak Daurmala,” tutupnya.
Sekadar diketahui, atas tindakan kekerasan ini, korban mengalami luka memar dan bengkak di kaki kiri dan kanan serta paha atas, lengan bagian kiri dan kanan hingga tubuh bagian belakang akibat dihantam menggunakan kayu. (ano/ask)
