Jaksa Tunggu Berkas Kasus DD Taliabu dari Polda Malut

PENAMALUT.COM, TERNATE – Kejaksaan Tinggi (Kejati) Maluku Utara belum menerima kembali berkas tersangka kasus pemotongan Dana Desa (DD) Kabupaten Pulau Taliabu pada tahun 2017 dari Direktorat Reserse Kriminal Khusus (Ditreskrimsus) Polda Malut.

Kejati Malut melalui jaksa peneliti sebelummya telah menerima berkas tahap satu dugaan korupsi dengan tersangka ATK alias Agung selaku mantan Kabid Perbendaharaan dan Kas Daerah Kabupaten Taliabu.

Setelah diterima, jaksa kemudian mengembalikan berkas tersebut lantaran masih terdapat sejumlah kekurangan.

“Sampai sekarang kami belum menerima berkas dengan tersangka ATK dari penyidik Polda setelah berkas tahap satu dikembalikan jaksa peneliti untuk dilengkapi,” kata Kasi Penkum Kejati Malut, Richard Sinaga
kepada wartawan media ini, Kamis (2/12).

Kata dia, berkas dikembalikan kepada penyidik karena terdapat beberapa hal yang harus dilengkapi oleh penyidik, baik formal maupun materil. Karena itu, berkas dikembalikan untuk dapat dipenuhi berdasarkan petunjuk yang telah diberikan. Jika petunjuk sudah dipenuhi, maka sudah barang tentu berkas perkara tersebut diberikan kembali oleh penyidik kepada Kejaksaan untuk diteliti kembali.

“Kalau berkas sudah kita terima, akan kita sampaikan kepada kawan-kawan selaku mitra kita,” tandasnya.

Sekadar diketahui, dalam kasus ini, Polda Malut telah menetapkan satu orang sebagai tersangka, yakni mantan Kabid Perbendaharaan dan Kas Daerah Pultab insial  ATK alias Agung yang sekarang menjabat Kadis PMD Taliabu.

Sejauh ini penyidik sudah melakukan pemeriksaan saksi sebanyak 284 orang, terdiri dari kepala desa, sekertaris desa (Sekdes), Bendahara, dan Badan Permusyawaratan Desa (BPD) di 71 desa di Taliabu.

Informasinya, DD yang dipotong itu kemudian ditransfer ke rekening CV. Syafaat Perdana melalui BRI Unit Bobong pada Sabtu 8 Juli 2017. CV. Syafaat Perdana diketahui milik ATK.

Setiap desa diketahui dipotong 60 juta. Jika ditotalkan 71 desa, nilainya mencapai 4,2 miliar lebih. (gon/ask)
