PENAMALUT.COM, TERNATE – Sidang lanjutan perkara tindak pidana Informasi dan Transaksi Elektronik (ITE) dengan terdakwa Amin Drakel kembali ditunda.
“Sidang ditunda karena JPU lagi siapkan tuntutan kepada terdakwa,” kata Kasi Intel Kejari Ternate, Abdullah, saat ditemui wartawan media ini di ruang kerjanya, Selasa (14/12).
Abdullah mengatakan, semestinya untuk perkara ITE dengan terdakwa Amin digelar setiap hari Selasa. Hanya saja sidang tersebut masih ditunda lantaran JPU lagi menyiapkan tuntutan.
“Soal kepastian sidangnya kapan untuk pembacan tuntutan, nanti saya tanyakan dulu ke JPU-nya,” tukasnya.
Sekadar diketahui, Amin Drakel yang juga Anggota Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah (DPRD) Provinsi Maluku Utara resmi ditetapkan sebagai tersangka oleh penyidik Polda Malut sejak 26 Agustus lalu. Amin Drakel dilaporkan oleh Hj. Fayakun pada 9 April 2020. Saat itu, unggahan status di akun Facebooknya, Amin Drakel menyebutkan Hj. Fayakun sebagai pencuri emas.
Tetapi sebelum itu, Amin Drakel juga telah divonis bersalah melakukan tindak pidana penganiayaan terhadap Hj. Fayakun oleh majelis hakim pada Pengadilan Negeri Ternate. Terdakwa Amin Drakel dijatuhi pidana penjara selama 5 bulan. Hakim menetapkan pidana tersebut tidak perlu dijalani, kecuali jika dikemudian hari ada putusan hakim yang telah berkekuatan hukum tetap yang menyatakan terdakwa bersalah melakukan tindak pidana sebelum masa percobaan selama 1 tahun berakhir.
Masa percobaan itu akan berakhir pada Maret 2021. Namun Amin kembali menjalani perkara ITE dengan korban yang sama. (gon/ask)
