PENAMALUT.COM, TERNATE – Pelapor kasus dugaan tindak pidana pencemaran nama baik melalui Informasi Transaksi Elektronik (ITE) dengan terlapor pemilik akun Status Ternate, diam-diam telah mencabut laporannya di Polres Ternate.
Kasi Humas Polres Ternate, Ipda Wahyuddin mengatakan, Rusli Ismail selaku pelapor menyambangi Mapolres Ternate pada Jumat (13/1) pekan kemarin untuk bertemu tim penyidik dengan didampingi mertuanya melakukan konfirmasi.
“Pelapor datang mengkonfirmasi akan mencabut laporannya, karena ada beberapa alasan yang disampaikan,” kata Wahyuddin kepada wartawan media ini, Selasa (18/1).
Menurut Wahyuddin, sesuai pernyataan dari pelapor, selanjutnya pelapor diarahkan membuat surat permohonan pencabutan laporan secara tertulis di Polres Ternate.
“Jadi pelapor sudah mencabut laporannya kembali,” ujarnya.
Sementara Rusli Ismail yang dihubungi wartawan melalui via telepon untuk menanyakan alasan dirinya mencabut laporan, enggan menanggapi hal ini.
Sebelumnya, Rusli melaporkan pemilik akun Status Ternate pada 5 Januari 2022 lalu atas dugaan pencemeran nama baik terhadapnya di media sosial (Medsos) terkait postingan akun Status Ternate yang menuduhnya berselingkuh dengan salah satu oknum Lurah di Kota Ternate yang viral.
Namun entah alasan kenapa, Rusli kemudian mencabut laporan tersebut. (tr1/ask)
