PENAMALUT.COM, JAILOLO – Tindakan LU alias Luky sungguh bejat. Bagaimana tidak, pelatih sepak bola di Halmahera Barat ini diduga mencabuli seorang gadis, sebut saja Mawar (19) yang tak lain adalah ponakannya sendiri.

Aksi LU ini kemudian dilaporkan Mawar kepada sang ibu, Yulianan.

Ibu korban kepada wartawan menceritakan, pada Kamis (20/1) pagi kemarin, pelaku menelponnya dan meminta agar Mawar mengikuti Kongres Asosiasi Kabupaten (Askab) PSSI Halbar yang akan dilaksanakan di Kantor Bupati Halbar.

Korban sempat menolaknya lantaran tidak ada kaos peserta, namun pelaku meyakinkannya.

“Dia (pelaku) bilang pakai kaos dan celana jeans saja, nanti baru ganti pakaian di lokasi kongres,” kata Yulinan saat ditemui wartawan, Jumat (21/1).

Setelah korban tiba di Kantor Bupati, pelaku mengajaknya ke salah satu penginapan di wilayah Desa Hatebicara, Kecamatan Jailolo. Pelaku beralasan bahwa ada kegiatan, sehingga ada pakai penginapan. Korban juga diminta untuk bantu membersihkan kamar di penginapan.

Setelah di penginapan dan korban selesai membersihkan kamar, pelaku langsung melancarkan aksi bejatnya. Korban sempat teriak minta tolong, hanya saja tidak ada yang mendengar.

Lantaran kalah fisik, korban pun tak berdaya digagahi sang paman. Usai melakukan aksi tak senonoh itu, pelaku lalu memberikan korban uang 100 ribu sebagai uang jajan. Akan tetapi korban menolak. Korban kemudian di bawa ke lokasi kegiatan di Kantor Bupati.

Saat tiba di Kantor Bupati dan pelaku naik tangga lantai II, korban langsung melarikan diri dan sempat bersembunyi di halaman kantor BPBD. Korban lalu menelpon salah satu tantenya untuk minta dijemput, karena merasa kesakitan.

“Luki (pelaku) itu saudara sepupu, tapi tega melakukan perbuatan tersebut kepada anak saya. Padahal itu pangkat papa Tua, tapi bisa biking bagitu,” ujar Yulianan dengan nada sedih.

Saat ini, kata Yuliana, korban sudah divisum di RSUD Jailolo dan hasil visum menunjukan kemaluan korban mengalami luka dan berdarah.

“Kami sudah laporkan semuanya ke Pplres Halbar. Hasil visum juga kami sudah serahkan,” jelasnya.

Sementara Kasat Reskrim Polres
Polres Halbar, AKP Ambo Wellang ketika dikonfirmasi membenarkan adanya laporan pemerkosaan. Pelaku juga saat ini sedang diamankan di Mapolres untuk proses lebih lanjut.

“Sementara ini kami masih meminta keterangan dari saksi-saksi dan juga korban. Kami masih mendalami,” terangnya. (adi/ask)
