PENAMALUT.COM, JAILOLO – Dinas Pertanian dan Ketahanan Pangan Kabupaten Halmahera Barat pada tahun 2022 ini hanya mendapatkan Dana Alokasi Umum (DAU) sebesar Rp 1 Miliar.
“Dinas Pertanian tahun ini DAU yang sangat kecil,” kata Kepala Dinas Pertanian dan Ketahanan Pangan Halbar, Hendrik Sarapung, saat ditemui wartawan di ruang kerjanya, Rabu,(2/2) kemarin.
Menurutnya, anggaran 1 Miliar ini untuk membeli bibit saja tidak cukup. Bahkan sekalipun hanya cukup untuk satu kecamatan juga tidak cukup.
Meski Distan juga mendalat Dana Insentif Daerah (DID) sebesar 750 juta, kata Hendrik, namun didalamnya juga dianggarkan untuk bibit sapi.
Sementara untuk Dana Alokasi Khusus (DAK) untuk bidang ketahanan pangan sebesar 900 juta.
“Rata-rata pemberdayaan yang diperuntukkan untuk pengolahan lahan pekarangan bagi kelompok pembinaan, dan memang itu program langsung dari pemerintah pusat,” ujarnya. (adi/ask)
