PENAMALUT.COM, JAILOLO – Kasus pencabulan dengan terduga oknum pelatih bola di Kabupaten Halmahera Barat, LU alias Lucki, terhadap ponakannya sebut saja Melati (19) sudah tahap satu.
Kasat Reskrim Polres Halbar, AKP Ambo Welang mengatakan, berkas tahap satu telah diserahkan penyidik PPA Reskrim ke Kejaksaan Negeri (Kejari) Halbar pekan kemarin dan sampai saat ini belum ada pemberitahuan dari Kejari.
“Kita tunggu dari jaksa. Apakah berkasnya sudah lengkap atau seperti apa,” ujarnya saat dikonfirmasi Selasa (8/2) kemarin.
Sekadar diketahui, kasus ini terjadi pada kamis 20 Januari kemarin. Bermula ketika pelaku menelpon ibu korban yang tak lain adalah kakak pelaku sendiri. Saat itu, pelaku mengajak Melati mengikuti kegiatan Kongres Askab PSSI Halbar di Aula Baikole Kantor Bupati Halbar.
Korban sempat menolak, namun dengan bujuk rayunya, akhirnya korban menuruti kemauan pelaku untuk mengikuti kegiatan Kongres Askab.
Pelaku lalu membawa korban. Namun sebelum ke lokasi kegiatan, pelaku lebih dulu membawa korban ke salah satu penginapan.
Di penginapan itu, korban lalu melancarkan aksinya mencabuli korban. Setelah menggauli korban, pelalu lalu membujuknya dengan uang 100 ribu. Namun korban menolaknya.
Pelaku lalu membawa korban ke lokasi kegiatan di Kantor Bupati. Setelah sampai ke Kantor Bupati dan pelaku masuk ke ruang tempat kegiatan, pelaku lalu berlari dan bersembunyi. Korban lalu menelpon tantenya dan minta dijemput karena merasa kesakitan.
Korban lalu menceritakan ibunya dan kemudian pihak keluarga membuat laporan ke Polres. (adi/ask)
