PENAMALUT.COM, JAILOLO – Bupati Halmahera Barat, James Uang, menunjuk Djohir sebagai Pelaksana Tugas (Plt) Kepala Bagian Unit Pengadaan Barang dan Jasa (UPBJ).
Penunjukan tersebut berdasarkan Surat Perintah Pelaksana Tugas dengan Nomor SK: 027/510/2022. tertanggal 24 Mei 2022.
Djohir saat dikonfirmasi wartawan Nuansa Media Grup (NMG) mengatakan, ia ditunjuk berdasarkan surat perintah dari Bupati Halbar untuk mengisi kekosongan atas ditinggalnya Kabag UPBJ sebelumnya. Apalagi saat ini tender sedang berlangsung.
Djohir diketahui bukan orang baru di ULP. Ia bertugas di UPBJ sejak tahun 2017 lalu, dan saat itu sistem di ULP masih manual, belum ada server LPSE.
Pengangkatan Djohir ini juga dibenarkan Sekda Syahril Abdul Rajak. Terkait status ASN dari mantan Kabag UPBJ, M. Zain A.Kadir yang telah dilantik sebagai Kadis PUPR Moritai, masih berstatus sebagai ASN Halbar.
“Tapi kita telah mengizinkan M. Zain untuk bertugas di Kepulauan Morotai sembari harus mengurus berkas mutasinya,” ujar Syahril. (adi/ask)
