PENAMALUT.COM, LABUHA – Kejaksaan Negeri Halmahera Selatan rupanya tidak hanya menahan tersangka WS, Kabid Bina Marga Dinas PUPR Halsel atas kasus dugaan korupsi sewa alat berat.
Lembaga Adhyaksa itu juga membidik calon tersangka lainnnya. Sebab, dalam kasus ini, Kejari menduga ada pelaku lain selain WS.
“Dalam dugaan tindak pidana korupsi ini, tidak menutup kemungkinan akan menyeret tersangka lainnya. Sebab, tim penyidik masih melakukan pengembangan dan penyidikan,” kata Kasi Pidsus Eko Wahyudi kepada wartawan, Selasa (14/6).
Eko juga mengatakan, WS yang sebelumnya telah ditetapkan tersangka, kini resmi sudah ditahan. Penahanan WS ini berdasarkan surat perintah penahanan dengan Nomor: PRINT-188/Q.2.13.4/Fd.2/06/2022 tanggal 14 Juni 2022.
Sementara Kasi Intel Fardana Kusuma menambahkan, tersangka WS ditahan atas dugaan tindak pidana korupsi dalam pendapatan asli daerah (PAD) dari sektor retribusi penggunaan kekayaan daerah dalam kegiatan sewa alat berat di Dinas PUPR Halsel tahun anggaran 2018-2020 senilai 200 juta.
“Tersangka WS kita lakukan penahanan selama 20 hari ke depan. Kita titipkan di Lapas Kelas III Labuha. Untuk tersangka lain, masih kami dalami,” terangnya. (rul)
