Kasus Minta Fee Masjid Raya Seret Pejabat Pemprov, Rekanan Lapor ke Kejagung

PENAMALUT.COM, TERNATE – Kasus dugaan minta fee proyek pembangunan Masjid Raya Shaful Khairat Sofifi oleh salah satu Ketua Partai di Maluku Utara, MS, menyeret nama pejabat di Pemerintah Provinsi Maluku Utara.

Bahkan kasus tersebut kini resmi dilaporkan ke Kejaksaan Agung (Kejagung) melalui Jaksa Agung Muda Tindak Pidana Khusus (Jampidsus). Kasus tersebut diadukan PT. Anugerah Lahan Baru selaku rekanan pekerjaan Masjid Raya Sofifi yang dimasukkan pada tanggal 14 Januari 2022.

Laporan dengan Nomor 072/ALB-Pry/Masjid-2/Malut/I/2022 ini ditandatangan langsung oleh Direktur PT. Anugerah Lahan Baru, Athosuddin Daulay.

Dalam isi laporan tersebut, tertera dugaan perbuatan melanggar hukum berupa pemerasan oleh oknum ketua partai dan pejabat daerah. Selain itu juga terkait dugaan penyelahgunaan jabatan oleh pajabat daerah.

Athosuddin kepada wartawan mengungkapkan, dugaan meminta fee proyek yang dilakukan MS ini bermula ketika perusahaan mengajukan tagihan termyn V ke Dinas PUPR Maluku Utara selaku kuasa pengguna anggaran. Permintaan tersebut diajukan pada 30 Agustus 2021. Tepat pada 2 September 2021, Dinas PUPR menerbitkan berita acara pembayaran ke BPKAD Maluku Utara.

“Pada tanggal 10 September 2021 sekira pukul 11.30 WIT, kami dihubungi saudara MS alias Ucu meminta dibuatkan cek senilai Rp 1,5 miliar agar tagihan kami bisa dicairkan. Kemudian di 13 September 2021 pukul 08.50 WIT, saudara MS kembali menghubungi kami dan meminta dibuatkan cek Rp 1 miliar. Di tanggal yang sama, saudara MS juga mengirim catatan dengan tulis sendiri yang dikirim ke kami melalui WhatsApp sekira pukul 11.57 WIT. Lalu pada pukul 14.44 WIT, MS mengirim foto surat perintah pencairan dana (SP2D) ke kami,” ucap Athosuddin.

Ia bahkan memohon  bantuan ke Jalpidsus agar maslah ini segera ditindak, sebab pihaknya sudah ada upaya meminta jawaban dari Gubernur Maluku Utara terkait kejelasan pembayaran, namun sampai pada hari ini belum ada jawban yang pasti.

“Kami sangat berharap hal ini bisa diselesaikan dengan segera, karena tanggung jawab kami kepada supher material, subkontraktor dan pekerja masih banyak yang belum terbayar,” harapnya. (ano/ask)
