PENAMALUT.COM, TERNATE – Penyidik Kejaksaan Tinggi (Kejati) Maluku Utara telah melakukan gelar penetapan tersangka kasus Perusda Ternate Bahari Berkesan selaku Holding Company.
Selain melakukan ekspose gelar penetapan tersangka, Kejati juga telah menerima hasil audit kerugian negara dari Badan Pengawasan Keuangan dan Pembangunan (BPKP) Perwakilan Maluku Utara atas dugaan korupsi penyertaan modal pada perusahan berplat merah tersebut.
Asisten Tindak Pidana Khusus (Aspidsus) Kejati Malut, Muh. Irwan Datuiding, mengaku pihaknya telah melakukan gelar penetapan tersangka. Namun ia belum mau membeberkan nama-nama para tersangka.
“Nantilah. Tersangkanya lebih dari dua,” ujarnya saat ditemui wartawan Nuansa Media Grup (NMG), Rabu (31/8).
Irwan juga menuturkan, hasil audit kerugian keuangan negara dari BPKP sudah diterima. Hanya saja ia tidak merincikan jumlah kerugian keuangan negara dalam kasus tersebut.
“Sudah, nanti tanya ke Richard (Kasi Penkum) saja,” tuturnya.
Berdasarkan informasi yang dihimpun wartawan Nuansa Media Grup (NMG), nilai kerugian negara sekitar Rp 7 miliar.
Bahkan informasi yang diterima, tim penyidik saat ini telah mengantongi lima calon tersangka dalam kasus tersebut. Namun belum diketahui pasti nama dan jabatan kelima orang ini.
“Kemungkinan lima orang,” ucap sumber terpercaya NMG.
Sekadar diketahui, Pemerintah Kota Ternate pada tahun 2019 memberikan anggaran Rp 5 miliar ke Perusda Bahari Berkesan. Anggaran tersebut dibagikan ke tiga anak perusahaan, yakni PT. BPRS Bahari Berkesan dengan nilai Rp 2 miliar, PT. Alga Kastela Rp 1,2 miliar, dan Apotek Bahari Berkesan Rp 1,8 miliar. (gon).
