PENAMALUT.COM, TERNATE – Tarif speed boat Ternate-Sofifi mengalami penyesuaian pasca kenaikan harga bahan bakar minyak (BBM).
Tarif speed boat Ternate-Sofifi yang sebelummya Rp 50.000 per orang, naik Rp 5.000 menjadi Rp 55.000 per orang.
Tarif baru ini disepakati dalam rapat yang digelar Dinas Perhubungan Provinsi Maluku Utara bersama Dishub kabupaten/kota, pihak kepolisian, KSOP Kelas II Ternate, PT. Pelindo, perwakilan Kantor Unit Penyelenggara Pelabuhan (UUP), perusahan pelayaran, INSA Cabang Ternate, YLKI, Jasa Raharja dan Koperasi Asosiasi Speed Boat bertempat di Royal Resto, Kelurahan Kalumpang, Kota Ternate, Kamis (8/9) tadi.
Kadishub Malut, Armin Zakaria mengungkapkan, tarif speed boat Ternate-Sofifi naik 10 persen, yakni Rp 55 ribu.
Ia menjelaskan, sesuai SK Gubernur sebelumnya, tarif speed boat Ternate-Sofifi hanya Rp 36.000, tapi fakta di lapangan ternyata Rp 50.000.
“Sekarang mereka minta kenaikan. Saya tanya ke mereka, Rp 36.000 ke 50.000 yang selama ini kalian patok dan tidak ada komplain di masyarakat. Padahal masyarakat tidak tahu hal, sehingga pada saat mereka tuntut ada kenaikan lagi 10 persen, berarti hanya 5 ribu. Ini sudah disepakati dan sudah jalan, tinggal kita cantumkan dalam SK-nya. Agar legalitasnya lebih jelas,” terang Armin.
Ia mengatakan, rata-rata para speed boat lebih mempersoalkan distribusi BBM yang sulit didapatkan. Ini sangat menjadi kendala.
Sementara untuk tarif speed boat Ternate-Tidore, tarif awal yang ditetapkan Rp 10.000. Namun setelah naiknya harga BBM, pihak speed boat lebih dulu mengambil keputusan dan menetapkan menjadi Rp 15.000 per orang.
“Jadi di lapangan mereka sudah lebih dulu naikkan menjadi Rp 15.000. Itu yang kita legalkan di SK nanti,” katanya.
Sedangkan antara kabupaten terjauh, seperti Ternate-Makian-Kayoa Bacan, Ternate-Halbar dan Ternate-Sula maupun Sula-Taliabu, bakal diberlakukan 20-25 persen.
“Untuk antar kabupaten kita tetap ambil jalan tengah, meskipun awalnya ditawarkan 30 persen. Jadi antara 20-25 persen. Untuk kapal cepat dan speed boat tetap 10 persen dihitung jarak mil terdekat. Kalau jarak mil jauh, seperti Sanana-Bacan-Telobelo itu yang belum disepakati,” pungkasnya. (ano/ask)
