PENAMALUT.COM, TERNATE – Tim penyidik Kejaksaan Negeri (Kejari) Ternate sudah meningkatkan status kasus dugaan korupsi anggaran vaksinasi dan penanganan Covid-19 Kota Ternate tahun 2021-2022.
Peningkatan status ini setelah lembaga Adhyaksa itu menemukan adanya indikasi korupsi pada penggunaan sebesar Rp 22 miliar tersebut.
“Hari ini kasus dugaan korupsi anggaran vaksinasi pada Dinas Kesehatan (Dinkes) Kota Ternate tahun anggaran 2021 resmi kita naikan ke tahap penyidikan,” ungkap Kepala Seksi Pidana Khusus (Pidsus) Kejari Ternate, Fajar Hidayat kepada wartawan, Kamis (15/9) tadi.
Menurutnya, peningkatan status kasus tersebut ke tahap penyidikan berdasarkan hasil kesimpulan ekspose dan telah ditemukan bukti permulaan yang cukup. Sehingga adanya peristiwa pidana dalam kegiatan vaksinasi di Dinas Kesehatan.
Berdasarkan DPA yang melekat pada satuan kerja perangkat daerah (SKPD) Dinkes Kota Ternate dengan pagu anggaran Rp 22,499,639,610.
“Sejauh ini tim penyidik telah memeriksa 86 orang tim vaksinasi dari 8 Puskesmas dan RSUD di Kota Ternate. Kemudian ada 17 orang dari tim vaksinasi dari Dinkes Ternate dan 5 orang penyedia barang dan jasa konsumsi snack serta makan siang. Kemudian dari bendahara pengeluaran, PPTK, Kasubag keuangan dan Kasubag perencanaan,” ujarnya.
Selain itu, kata dia, ada juga data dan dokumen yang berhasil dikumpulkan, seperti tanda terima pembayaran honor, transpor, kontrak, SK tim vaksinasi, dokumen pencairan maupun beberapa rekening koran dan juga DPA induk serta perubahan SKPD Dinkes.
“Sejauh ini, untuk mantan Kepala Dinkes belum dilakukan permintaan keterangan, nanti di penyidikan. Karena cukup bagi kami dari hasil keterangan dan data yang ada. Pada saat penyidikan semua orang akan dipanggil, yang terlibat akan dimintai keterangan,” pungkasnya. (gon/ask)
