PENAMALUT.COM, TIDORE – Mantan Kepala Desa Bukit Durian, Kecamatan Oba Utara, Kota Tidore Kepulauan, NK, ditetapkan sebagai tersangka dugaan penyelewengan anggaran alokasi dana desa (ADD) dan dana desa (DD) tahun anggaran 2020.
NK ditetapkan tersangka setelah tim penyidik Kejaksaan Negeri (Kejari) Soasio menemukan adanya indikasi korupsi pada penggunaan anggaran tersebut senilai Rp 400 juta.
Kepala Kejaksaan Negeri Soasio Tidore, Faisal Arifuddin melalui Kasi Intel Gama Palias menuturkan, penetapan mantan Kades Bukit Durian, NK, sebagai tersangka surat Nomor: B-028/Q.2.11/Fd.1/10/2022, tanggal 6 Oktober 2022.
“Tersangka dilakukan penahanan tahapan penyidikan di Rutan Kelas IIB Soasio Tidore selama 20 hari, terhitung mulai tanggal 6 smpai 25 Oktober 2022 berdasarkan surat perintah penahanan Nomor: Print – 354/Q.2.11/Fd.1/10/2022, tanggal 6 Oktober 2022,” ujar Gama kepada wartawan, Kamis (6/10).
Selanjutnya penyidik akan melengkapi berkas secepatnya untuk disidangkan. (gon/ask)
