PENAMALUT.COM, TERNATE – Ratusan tenaga kesehatan RSUD Chasan Boesorie kembali melakukan aksi dengan mendatangi kantor Kejaksaan Tinggi (Kejati) Maluku Utara dan Badan Pemeriksaan Keuangan (BPK) Perwakilan Maluku Utara, Senin (2/1) tadi.
Aksi ini terkait tunggakan tambahan penghasilan pegawai (TPP) selama 15 bulan yang belum dilunasi. Mereka juga menagih janji Gubernur Abdul Gani Kasuba yang akan membayar tunggakan TPP tersebut. Selain itu, mereka mendesak Kejati segera menetapkan tersangka dugaan korupsi anggaran RSUD Chasan Boesori.
Zainal Ilyas, salah satu orator aksi menilai kasus RSUD CB sudah memenuhi dua unsur alat bukti yang cukup kuat. Di mana sudah 16 saksi yang diperiksa, termasuk mantan Direktur Utama dr. Syamsul Bahri dan Wakil Direktur Keuangan Fatima Abas. Selain itu, hasil temua Inspektorat yang belum lama ini sudah diserahkan. Bahkan dokumen hasil pemeriksaan telah diserahkan kepada Kejati melalui Kasi C.
Ia meminta Kejati harus secepatnya membuat terang dan tidak per berlama-lama.
“Kami mendesak kepada Kejati, karena dua alat bukti sudah sangat kuat. Jangan menunda-nunda lagi. Publik sudah lama menanti. Kami menginginkan Kejati segera menetapkan mantan Direktur dan Wadir keuangan sebagai tersangka,” desaknya.
Ia juga mengungkapkan, kehadiran mereka di BPK adalah mengawal temuan kurang lebih 2 ratus miliar yang sementara diaudit. Sehingga sebelum dokumennya keluar pihaknya tetap melakukan pengawalan.
“Sebelum dokumennya keluar, kami tetap mengawal dan BPK sudah janjikan akan diberikan kepada kami. Sebab Minggu depan sudah keluar hasil auditnya,” pungkasnya. (gon/ask)
