PENAMALUT.COM, SANANA – Inspektorat Kabupaten Kepulauan Sula dalam waktu dekat akan melakukan audit terkait pengelolaan dana desa (DD) dan alokasi dana desa (ADD) tahun anggaran 2022 di 78 desa.
Kepala Inspektorat Sula, Kamarudin Mahdi, mengatakan untuk saat ini tim auditor masih melakukan persiapan pemeriksaan terhadap organisasi perangkat daerah (OPD) di Pemkab Sula.
“Untuk pemeriksaan OPD sudah dalam persiapan, yakni surat pemberitahuan pemeriksaan yang sudah ditandatangani oleh Sekretaris Daerah Sula dan sudah dilayangkan ke masing-masing OPD,” ujar Kamarudin kepada Nuansa Media Grup (NMG), Rabu (11/1).
Menurut dia, pemeriksaan DD dan ADD dijadwalkan setelah selesai pemeriksaan pengelolaan anggaran di OPD Pemkab Sula.
“Apabila dalam pemeriksaan DD dan ADD terdapat temuan, maka mekanismenya disandarkan sesuai peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku,” tegasnya.
“Mulai dari pemberitahuan untuk dikonfirmasi atau ditindaklanjuti pada saat setelah terbit naskah hasil pemeriksaan atau jika belum ditindaklanjuti maka dimuat di dalam laporan hasil pemeriksaan (LHP),” sambungnya.
Selain itu, pihaknya memberikan waktu paling lama 60 hari untuk ditindaklanjuti. Apabila tidak diindahkan, maka langkah selanjutnya pihak Inspektorat akan memberi sanksi berupa sanksi administrasi ataupun pemberhentian sementara.
“Jika pemberhentian sementara pun tidak diindahkan, maka pasti dapat diserahkan ke Aparat Penegak Hukum (APH) untuk diproses secara hukum jika itu berupa temuan kerugian negara,” tutupnya. (ish/tan)
