PENAMALUT.COM, SANANA β Proyek pekerjaan jalan Kaporo-Capalulu di Kabupaten Kepulauan Sula tidak progress. Padahal, proyek tersebut dianggarkan sejak tahun 2021 melalui dana alokasi khusus (DAK) tahun 2021 senilai 7,4 miliar yang melekat pada Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang (PUPR) Sula.
Proyek tersebut juga dianggarkan pada tahun 2022 melalui APBD senilai Rp 5,8 miliar. Pada tahun 2021, proyek itu dikerjakan PT. Albarka Abdul Aziz dan telah dilakukan pencairan, begitu juga pada tahun 2022 yang dikerjakan CV. Nusa Utara Mandiri telah dicairkan 30 persen.
Hal ini mendapat sorotan dari publik. Sekretaris GMNI Maluku Utara, Irfandi Norau kepada wartawan meminta agar penegak hukum mengusut proyek tersebut. Pasalnya, hingga tahun 2023 ini proyek tersebut tidak tuntas dan progresnya tidak jalan.
“Maka perlu penegak hukum baik kepolisian maupun Kejari Sula agar melakukan penyelidikan terhadap pekerjaan itu, karena diduga kuat ada praktik korupsi,β katanya, Rabu (11/1).
Irfan menegaskan pihaknya akan menggelar demonstrasi menuntut masalah ini diutus tuntas. Selain melakukan demonstrasi, pihaknya juga akan melaporkan masalah ini ke Kejaksaan Tinggi (Kejati) Malut.
βSebab ini uang rakyat. Kami akan melakukan pengawalan terhadap proses pekerjaan baik fisik maupun nonfisi yang dikerjakan oleh Pemkab Sula. Sehingga pekerjaan tepat sasaran dan bisa dinikmati oleh masyarakat Kepulauan Sula,” tandasnya. (ish/ask)
