PENAMALUT.COM, TERNATE – Selain mengamankan sejumlah uang, penyidik Direktorat Reserse Kriminal Khusus (Ditreskrimsus) Polda Maluku Utara juga menyita dua unit rumah milik oknum auditor BPK dalam kasus dugaan tindak pidana gratifikasi dan tindak pidana pencucian uang (TPPU).
Kabid Humas Polda Malut, Kombes Pol Michael Irwan Thamsil mengatakan, penyidik Ditreskrimsus saat ini masih mencari bukti-bukti untuk mengungkap kasus tersebut.
“Ini dalam proses mencari bukti-bukti pendukung untuk memastikan perbuatan terlapor. Kalau semuanya memenuhi alat buktinya, akan dilaksanakan gelar untuk penetapan tersangka,” jelas Michael kepada wartawan Nuansa Media Grup (NMG), Kamis (19/1).
Lebih lanjut kata dia, penyidik juga sebelumnya telah menyita uang tunai kurang lebih Rp 900 juta di Kota Tangerang. Sedangkan dua unit rumah disita di Kota Ternate, tepatnya di Kelurahan Tabona, Kecamatan Ternate Selatan. Sementara aset-aset yang lainnya masih dalam proses pengejaran atau pencarian oleh penyidik.
Juru bicara Polda Malut ini juga menyampaikan, pekan depan penyidik akan berangkat ke Jakarta untuk berkoordinasi dengan ahli dari PPATK (Pusat Pelaporan dan Analisis Transaksi Keuangan) maupun BPK.
“Untuk rekening terlapor masih dilakukan kordinasi dengan PPATK. Jika rekening itu atas nama yang bersangkutan (terlapor) pasti akan dilakukan pemblokiran,” tuturnya.
Sekadar diketahui, kasus dugaan gratifikasi yang menjerat auditor BPK, YA, itu dilakukan sejak tahun 2020. Sebelumnya penyidik Kejaksaan Tinggi (Kejati) Malut juga mendalaminya, namun sudah menghentikan dan dilanjutkan oleh Polda Malut.
Saat ini kasus tersebut sudah dalam tahap penyidikan. (gon/ask)
