PENAMALUT.COM, TOBELO – Kejaksaan Negeri (Kejari) Halmahera Utara telah meningkatkan kasus dugaan tindak pidana korupsi penyalahgunaan dana desa (DD) Desa Wateto ke tahap penyidikan. Selain kasus dugaan korupsi DD Wateto, kasus dugaan korupsi DD Gisi juga telah dinaikkan ke penyidikan.
Ini setelah tim penyidik menemukan adanya indikasi korupsi pada penggunaan anggara dana desa tersebut.
“Kami menangani perkara penyidikan DD Wateto dan Gisi, perkara tersebut sudah dalam tahap penyidikan,” ujar Kepala Kejari Halut, Agus Wirawan Eko Saputro saat ditemui wartawan Nuansa Media Grup (NMG), Senin (13/2) tadi.
Menurutnya, meski sudah dinaikkan ke tahap penyidik, saat ini penyidik masih melakukan pemeriksaan saksi-saksi untuk mengumpulkan barang bukti, dan sedang dilakukan perhitungan keruguan keuangan negara.
“Ini masih proses. Penyidikan masih berjalan,” katanya.
Agus juga menyampaikan tidak menghafal sudah berapa banyak kasus yang diperiksa. Namun seingat dia, kepala desa kedua tersebut sudah diperiksa.
”Saya belum dapat laporan Kasi Pidsus. Yang jelas kepala desanya sudah diperiksa,” tandasnya. (gon/ask)
