PENAMALUT.COM, TERNATE – Direktorat B pada Jaksa Agung Muda bidang Intelijen (Jamintel) Kejaksaan Agung (Kejagung) melakukan pengumpulan data dan pengumpulan bahan keterangan terkait tapal batas Kelurahan Sumadaha dan Takome, Kota Ternate.

Di mana dalam tapal batas tersebut terjadi polemik dan sempat diprotes masyarakat Kelurahan Sulamadaha.

Ada sejumlah pihak yang dimintai keterangan bertempat di Kantor Kejaksaan Negeri (Kejari) Ternate, Selasa (28/2) tadi. Mereka diantaranya Camat Ternate Barat Hamid Muhammad, Kadis PUPR Kota Ternate Rus’an M. Nur Taib, Kepala Badan Pertahanan Kota Ternate Tommy, Lurah Sulamadaha Buang, dan warga.

Camat Ternate Barat, Hamid Muhammad saat ditemui wartawan menyampaikan, permintaan keterangan ini terkait dengan hasil pertemuan kemarin dengan warga mengenai tapal batas.

“Saya diundang sebagai camat hari ini diminta keterangan terkait pertemuan
dengan warga. Saya belum tahu nanti ditanyakan apa-apa saja,” katanya.

Sementara Kasi Intel Kejari Ternate, Aan Syaeful Anwar dikonfirmasi secara terpisah membenarkan hal tersebut.

“Kita dari Kejari hanya memfasilitasi, timnya dari Kejaksaan Agung Direktorat B tentang tapal batas Sulamadaha dan Takome. Bukan klarifikasi, Puldata dan Pulbaket,” jelasnya. (gon/ask)
